Claims (2)
- 絶縁被覆から導体が露出された電線と、
前記導体を包むようにして加締められる圧着片を有する圧着端子と、
前記圧着片を加締めて形成される該圧着片の内面と前記電線の導体との隙間領域に塗布され硬化される塗布剤とを備えた電線付き圧着端子において、
前記塗布剤は、導電性と光硬化性を有しており、
前記圧着端子の前記塗布剤が塗布される塗布領域と該塗布剤が塗布されない非塗布領域との境界を含む前記非塗布領域に凹みを形成し、該凹みには、前記塗布領域から流出して前記非塗布領域を流れる前記塗布剤が収容され、硬化されることを特徴とする電線付き圧着端子。 - 絶縁被覆から導体が露出された電線と、前記導体を包むようにして加締められる圧着片を有する圧着端子とを用意し、
前記圧着片を加締めて形成される該圧着片の内面と前記電線の導体との隙間領域に液状又は半固体状の塗布剤を塗布し、該塗布剤を硬化させる塗布剤の硬化方法において、
前記塗布剤は、導電性と光硬化性を有しており、
前記圧着端子の前記塗布剤が塗布される塗布領域と前記塗布剤が塗布されない非塗布領域との境界を含む前記非塗布領域に凹みを設け、前記塗布領域から前記非塗布領域に向かって流れる前記塗布剤を前記凹みに流入させた状態で硬化させることを特徴とする塗布剤の硬化方法。
