Claims (10)
- 原子力発電所(2)の蒸気発生器(4)の管板(10)の2次面(26)における堆積物(28)のサンプル(50)を採取するための方法であって、
管板(10)を貫通する伝熱管孔(20)を露出させるために、蒸気発生管(22)を管板(10)から取り除き、
サンプル(50)を採取するための装置(36)の切除工具(38)を、前記2次面(26)とは反対側の管板(10)の1次面(24)から前記伝熱管孔(20)に挿入し、
その切除工具(38)により堆積物(28)の一部をサンプル(50)として機械的に削り取り、
サンプル(50)を削り取るために、切除工具(38)を、取付状態(M)において伝熱管孔(20)の中心縦軸(21)に対して平行に延びている駆動軸(56)を中心として回転させ、
サンプル(50)を削り取るために、駆動軸(56)を中心縦軸(21)に対して半径方向(65)に送り込み、かつ周方向(66)に回動させ、
そのサンプル(50)を、伝熱管孔(20)を通して1次面(24)へ向けて搬送して、蒸気発生器(4)から取り出し、
切除工具(38)を蒸気発生器(4)から取り出す、方法。 - 堆積物(28)のサンプル(50)を削り取るために、前記装置(36)の支持体(41)を伝熱管孔(20)内に固定し、その支持体(41)に対して切除工具(38)を相対運動させる、請求項1記載の方法。
- サンプル(50)を削り取った後に前記装置(36)の採集容器(52)内に受け入れ、この容器と一緒に1次面(24)へ向けて搬送する、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 原子力発電所(2)の蒸気発生器(4)の管板(10)の2次面(26)における堆積物(28)のサンプル(50)を採取するための装置(36)であって、
前記管板(10)を貫通する露出された伝熱管孔(20)の中に前記2次面(26)とは反対側の管板(10)の1次面(24)から挿入可能な、堆積物(28)の一部をサンプル(50)として機械的に削り取るための切除工具(38)を有し、堆積物(28)のサンプル(50)を削り取るために、切除工具(38)が取付状態(M)において伝熱管孔(20)の中心縦軸(21)に対して平行に延びる駆動軸(56)を中心として回転可能であり、サンプル(50)を削り取るために、駆動軸(56)が取付状態(M)において中心縦軸(21)に対して半径方向(65)に送り込み可能で、かつ周方向(66)に回動可能である、装置。 - 伝熱管孔(20)内に固定可能な支持体(41)を備え、その支持体(41)に対して切除工具(38)が相対運動可能である請求項4記載の装置。
- 前記支持体(41)の外周に配置されていて、伝熱管孔(20)の内壁(74)に対して支持可能な締付要素(70)を有する請求項5記載の装置。
- 支持体(41)が、切除工具(38)に固定連結されかつ中心縦軸(21)に対して平行な駆動軸(56)を中心として回転可能な駆動用シャフト(40)を含んでおり、その駆動軸(56)が中心縦軸(21)に対して半径方向(65)に送り込み可能で、かつ周方向(66)に回動可能である請求項5又は6記載の装置。
- 支持体(41)が、中心縦軸(21)を中心として回転可能な回動用シャフト(60)を有し、その回動用シャフト(60)内に、中心縦軸(21)に対して平行な送り軸(58)を中心として回転可能な送り用シャフト(54)が偏心支持され、その送り用シャフト内に駆動用シャフト(40)が偏心支持されている請求項7記載の装置。
- 駆動用シャフト(40)が送り用シャフト(54)内に、そして送り用シャフト(54)が回動用シャフト(60)内に、滑り軸受により支持されている請求項8記載の装置。
- サンプル(50)を受け入れるための採集容器(52)を有する請求項4乃至9の1つに記載の装置。
