Description
Claims (8)
- 少なくとも部分的に中空円筒状に形成された中空体(2)であって、組み込まれた油分離装置を備えており、
前記中空体(2)の中空室(2b)内にスワール発生器(4)が配置されており、
前記中空体(2)は、油含有のガスを前記中空室(2b)内へ導入するための周壁側の第1の少なくとも1つの供給開口部(20a)を有しており、かつ、
前記中空体(2)は、分離された油を導き出すため並びに油が除去されたガスを導き出すための少なくとも1つの排出開口部(16;18)を有している形式のものにおいて、
前記スワール発生器(4)は、中空室(2b)内の所定の箇所に作用する圧力の可変式の制御のための手段(4b;S′)を有しており、
前記手段(4b;S′)は、前記所定の箇所に作用する圧力が、設定された目標圧力と同じである場合若しくは該目標圧力より大きい場合に、実際圧力を減少させるように形成されていることを特徴とする、組み込まれた油分離装置を備える中空体。 - 前記圧力制御のための前記手段(4b;S′)は、前記スワール発生器(4)が前記中空室(2b)を、互いに圧力技術的に分離可能である2つの圧力領域(D1,D2)に区分けするように少なくとも部分的になっていることにより形成されており、流れ方向(X)で見て後側に位置する前記圧力領域(D1)において、前記第1の供給開口部(20a)を介して、油含有のガスが前記中空室(2b)内に導入されるようになっており、かつ流れ方向(X)で見て前側に位置する前記圧力領域(D2)において、第2の供給開口部(20b)を介して、油含有のガスが前記中空室(2b)内に導入されるようになっており、前記スワール発生器(4)は、バイパス通路(4a)及び該バイパス通路内に組み込まれた圧力応働式のバイパス弁(4b)を有している、請求項1に記載の中空体。
- 前記バイパス通路(4a)は、スワール発生器(4)の下流側の端部において0°〜110°の角度を成して前記中空室(2b)に開口している、請求項2に記載の中空体。
- 前記バイパス通路(4a)は、スワール発生器(4)の下流側の端部において約90°の角度を成して前記中空室(2b)に開口している、請求項2に記載の中空体。
- 前記バイパス弁(4b)は、流れ方向(X)と逆の方向に戻し力(F)を受けている逆止弁として形成されている、請求項2から4のいずれか1項に記載の中空体。
- 前記スワール発生器(4)は、前記中空体(2)の軸線方向に延びる本体により形成されており、該本体は、周囲に少なくとも1つのねじ山(S)を有しており、該少なくとも1つのねじ山(S)は少なくとも部分的に、軸線方向移動可能に前記スワール発生器(4)の前記本体に支承されている、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の中空体。
- 前記少なくとも部分的に軸線方向移動可能に支承されている少なくとも1つのねじ山(S)若しくは該ねじ山の軸線方向移動可能に支承されているねじ山区分(S′)は、流れ方向(X)と逆の方向に戻し力(F)を受けている、請求項6に記載の中空体。
- 前記中空体(2)は、中空のカムシャフトとしての回転可能に支承された中空体(2)である、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の中空体。
