Claims (8)
- 自動車の付属装置駆動システム(10)に使用する滑車装置において、
付属装置の入力シャフト(78)を受け入れ、これに係合するボア(44)を有するシャフト係合部材(40)と、
前記シャフト係合部材(40)の軸方向に延長するシャフト(42)を受け入れるボアを有し、かつ第1結合面(60)および周囲のベルト係合面(52)を有する滑車部材(50)と、
前記滑車部材(50)と前記シャフト係合部材(40)との間にトルクを伝達するシャフト延長部材(64)であって、第1結合面(60)に対向する第2結合面(62)を有する前記シャフト延長部材(64)と、
を備え、
前記シャフト延長部材(64)が貫通開口を有し、この開口が、前記シャフト係合部材(40)の前記軸方向に延長する前記シャフト(42)のねじ式外面(66)に係合するねじ式内面(66)を有し、
前記ねじ式外面(66)および前記ねじ式内面(66)の前記軸方向の位置と、前記滑車部材(50)の前記軸方向の位置とを離して異なる軸方向位置とし、
前記滑車部材(50)とともに前記シャフト延長部材(64)および前記シャフト係合部材(40)を第1方向に回転するトルクが前記シャフト延長部材(64)に作用する場合に、前記第1結合面(60)および前記第2結合面(62)が結合し、そして、
前記滑車部材(50)の前記第1方向の回転とは反対の回転方向を第2方向とすると、前記シャフト係合部材(40)を前記第2方向に回転するトルクがシャフト延長部材(64)に作用する場合に、前記第1結合面(60)と前記第2結合面(62)との結合が外れる構成であり、
前記シャフト延長部材(64)に作用するトルクが前記第1方向にある状態では、前記第2結合面(62)が前記第1結合面(60)の方に移動し、そして、
前記シャフト延長部材(64)に作用するトルクが前記第2方向にある状態では、前記第2結合面(62)が前記第1結合面(60)から離間する方に移動することを特徴とする滑車装置。 - 前記第1結合面(60)および前記第2結合面(62)が、前記滑車装置の回転軸(A)に対して90°未満の角度で延長するランプ面である請求項1に記載の滑車装置。
- 前記シャフト係合部材(40)の前記シャフト(42)と前記滑車部材(50)との間にさらにベアリング材料(65)を有する請求項1または2に記載の滑車装置。
- 前記第1結合面(60)と前記第2結合面(62)との間にさらに摩擦材料(65)を有する請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の滑車装置。
- 前記第2結合面(62)を前記第1結合面(60)の方に押圧する波形ばね(74)およびトーションばね(84)のうちの一つで特定されるバイアス作用部材(74、84)をさらに有する請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の滑車装置。
- 自動車の付属装置駆動システム(10)の自動車付属装置の駆動方法において、
付属装置の入力シャフト(78)を受け入れ、これに係合するボア(44)を有するシャフト係合部材(40)を有する滑車装置を付属装置の前記入力シャフト(78)に接続し、
第1結合面(60)を有する、滑車装置の滑車部材(50)のベルト係合面(52)を自動車の前記付属装置駆動システム(10)の駆動ベルト(30)に係合し、
前記第1結合面(60)に対向する第2結合面(62)を有するシャフト延長部材(64)を使用して、前記滑車部材(50)と前記シャフト係合部材(40)との間にトルクを伝達し、
さらに、前記シャフト延長部材(64)を前記シャフト係合部材(40)にねじ接続し、このシャフト延長部材(64)が貫通開口を有し、この開口が、前記シャフト係合部材(40)のねじ式外面(66)に係合するねじ式内面(66)を有し、
前記ねじ式外面(66)および前記ねじ式内面(66)の軸方向の位置と、前記滑車部材(50)の前記軸方向の位置とを離して異なる軸方向位置とし、
前記滑車部材(50)とともに前記シャフト延長部材(64)および前記シャフト係合部材(40)を第1方向に回転するトルクが前記シャフト延長部材(64)に作用する場合に、前記第1結合面(60)および前記第2結合面(62)が結合し、そして、
前記滑車部材(50)の前記第1方向の回転とは反対の回転方向を第2方向とすると、
前記シャフト係合部材(40)を前記第2方向に回転するトルクがシャフト延長部材(64)に作用する場合に、前記第1結合面(60)と前記第2結合面(62)との結合が外れる構成であり、
前記シャフト延長部材(64)に前記第1方向にトルクを作用させると、前記第2結合面(62)が前記第1結合面(60)の方に移動し、そして、
前記シャフト延長部材(64)に前記第2方向にトルクを作用させると、前記第2結合面(62)が前記第1結合面(60)から離間するように移動することを特徴とする駆動方法。 - さらに、波形ばね(74)およびトーションばね(84)のうちの一つで特定されるバイアス作用部材を使用して、第2結合面(62)にバイアスを作用させて、第1結合面(60)の方にこれを移動させる請求項6に記載の方法。
- 自動車の付属装置が、オルタネータである請求項6または7に記載の方法。
