Description
Claims (19)
- 飲料調製装置用の流量計(1)であって、
計測隔室(10)の境界を定める成形された筐体(2、4)と、
前記計測隔室に回転可能に取り付けられた成形された計測体(3)と、
前記筐体および前記計測体が、それぞれPOMおよびPBTで作られ、または、それぞれPBTおよびPOMで作られ、
前記筐体(2、4)および/または前記計測体(3)が安定充填材を含む、流量計。 - 前記筐体(2、4)および前記計測体が、それぞれSchulaform(商標)9AおよびTecdur(商標)GK30で作られる、または、それぞれTecdur(商標)GK30およびSchulaform(商標)9Aで作られる、請求項1に記載の流量計。
- 前記安定充填材がガラス玉を含む、請求項1または2に記載の流量計。
- 前記安定充填材が前記筐体(2、4)および/または前記計測体(3)の体積の10〜70%を示す、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の流量計。
- 前記安定充填材が前記筐体(2、4)および/または前記計測体(3)の体積の15〜50%を示す、請求項4に記載の流量計。
- 前記安定充填材が前記筐体(2、4)および/または前記計測体(3)の体積の20〜40%を示す、請求項5に記載の流量計。
- 前記筐体が2つの組立て成形体(2、4)、すなわちカップ状体(4)およびカバー体(2)で作られている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の流量計。
- 前記カップ状体(4)がリム(41)を有し、前記カバー体(2)がシールリップ(23)を有し、前記シールリップが、前記カップ状体を前記カバー体で密封するように前記リムに圧入され、または前記シールリップに前記リムが圧入される、請求項7に記載の流量計。
- 回転可能な前記計測体(3)が、前記計測隔室(10)を横切って延びる回転可能なシャフト(32)を有し、前記シャフトが、点支承(11、37)により前記シャフトの互いに対向する端部(32´、32´´)で前記計測隔室内に位置決めされて回転可能に取り付けられる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の流量計。
- 前記各点支承が、前記筐体(2、4)と回転可能な前記シャフト(32)の端部(32´、32´´)、または前記端部と前記筐体にそれぞれ関連付けられた、凸部(11)と、対面して協働する凹部状の対応部(37)で形成される、請求項9に記載の流量計。
- 前記凸部(11)と前記対応部(37)が、それらの関連付けられた前記筐体(2、4)と、回転可能な前記シャフト(32)と一体形成される、請求項10に記載の流量計。
- 前記筐体(2、4)が、前記点支承を形成するように前記計測隔室(10)に延びる対面する複数の凸部(11)を備える、請求項10または11に記載の流量計。
- 回転可能な前記シャフト(32)が、前記筐体(4、2)の前記カバー体(2)に配置された点支承と、前記筐体の前記カップ状体(4)に配置された対面する点支承(11)との間に延びる回転軸(3´)を有する、

に記載の流量計。 - 前記カップ状体(4)が、前記シャフトの回転軸(3´)に垂直な基準面(42)を形成するリム(41)を有し、前記カバー体(2)が、前記点支承の間で前記シャフト(32)の自由回転を保持および許容するために前記点支承同士の間隔を正確に定めるように前記基準面に対して圧迫される内面(22)を有する、請求項13に記載の流量計。
- 前記筐体(2、4)がスナップ、ラッチ、クランプまたはフック機構(25、26、45)により組立てられる、請求項7または請求項7に従属する請求項8〜14のいずれか一項に記載の流量計。
- 前記筐体(2、4)がバヨネット接続により組立てられる、請求項15に記載の流量計。
- 前記各成形体(2、4)が、当該流量計(1)を通じて液体を流通するように前記計測隔室(10)と連通する貫通孔(27、47)を有する、請求項7または請求項7に従属する請求項8〜16のいずれか一項に記載の流量計。
- 液体流通回路を有し、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の流量計(1)を備える飲料調製装置。
- 前記液体流通回路は、水流通回路である、請求項18に記載の飲料調製装置。
