Description
Claims (13)
- 計量チャンバ(10)を含む最外側のケーシング(2、4)と、
前記ケーシングの最外面(20)と、
前記計量チャンバを通じた流れを表わす信号を前記最外面で発生させる発生器(3、36)と、
前記最外側のケーシング上に該ケーシングを越えて延び且つセンサ(51)を含むプリント回路基板(50)と、
前記プリント回路基板(50)に対して、最外側の前記ケーシングを締結する接続構造(28)であり、前記センサ(51)が前記最外面に配置されて接続時に前記発生器からの前記信号を検出するように構成される、接続構造(28)と、
を備える流量計(1)において、
前記接続構造が前記プリント回路基板(50)に対して接続されるように構成され、前記プリント回路基板と前記ケーシングとの間の接続が前記センサとは離間して配置され、
前記センサは、前記ケーシング(2、4)とは離間して配置されていることを特徴とする流量計(1)。 - 前記接続構造(28)が、接続時に前記センサ(51)を受けるセンサ領域(29)の外側に配置されている、請求項1に記載の流量計。
- 前記最外面(20)が前記センサ(51)を受ける凹部(29)を備える、請求項1または2に記載の流量計。
- 前記ケーシング(2、4)が、前記プリント回路基板(50)を前記最外面(20)から離間させる少なくとも1つのスペーサ(28’)を備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の流量計。
- 前記接続構造が、ねじ、スナップ、バヨネットコネクタ、リベット、ステイプル、クリップ、スプリットピン、クレビスピン、ストラップ、ペグ、および圧力嵌めから選択される少なくとも1つの締結機構を備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の流量計。
- 前記接続構造が、前記最外面(20)の内側領域(29)の周囲に配置される複数の締結機構を備え、前記内側領域(29)が接続時に前記センサ(51)と対向している、請求項5に記載の流量計。
- 前記接続構造が接着剤および/または溶着シールを備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の流量計。
- 前記ケーシング(2、4)が、ポリイミドから形成される絶縁シートによる絶縁層(52)で覆われている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の流量計。
- 前記発生器(3、36)が、前記チャンバ(10)内の流れによって駆動される計量体(3)を備え、前記計量体(3)が、前記信号を磁気信号として発するための少なくとも1つのマグネット(36)を備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の流量計。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の流量計に含まれるプリント回路基板(50)であって、ホールセンサにより構成されるセンサ(51)を含み、前記センサが、前記流量計を通じた流れを表わす磁気信号を検出するように構成されているプリント回路基板(50)。
- 請求項5に記載の締結機構を固定するために、前記センサ(51)の周囲に設けられた貫通穴により構成される固定穴(58)を1以上備える、請求項10に記載のプリント回路基板。
- 前記センサ(51)が、前記プリント回路基板(50)と一体の要素、または前記プリント回路基板(50)上に取り付けられる別個の組込み要素である、請求項10または11に記載のプリント回路基板。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の流量計を有する飲料調製マシン。
