Description
1.ポリウレタン樹脂の製造
アジピン酸、エチレングリコールおよび1,4−ブタンジオールを、200℃の温度、500〜760mmHgの減圧条件および真空大気条件で反応させ、ポリエステルポリオールを合成した。この時、エチレングリコール:1,4−ブタンジオールのモル比と合成されたポリエステルポリオールの重量平均分子量は、下記の表2に記載されたとおりである。
下記の表1に記載された量で前記製造されたポリウレタン樹脂、DMF溶液、および添加剤を混合し、ペイントシェーカーで10分間高速撹拌した後、3000rpmで10分間遠心分離し、スラリー(slurry)状のポリウレタン樹脂組成物を得た。

Claims (11)
- ポリウレタン支持パッド用ポリウレタン樹脂組成物であって、
エチレングリコールおよび1,4−ブタンジオールを3:7〜7:3のモル比率で含むポリオールの残基とポリカルボン酸の残基を含む軟質部と、
ポリイソシアネート化合物の残基と鎖延長剤の残基を含む硬質部とを含むポリウレタン樹脂と、
ジメチルホルムアミド(DMF)およびメチルエチルケトン(MEK)からなる群より選択された1種以上を含む有機溶媒と、及び
コハク酸、炭素数9〜15のアルキルベンゼンスルホン酸又はその塩を含む陰イオン性界面活性剤とを含んでなり、
前記ポリウレタン樹脂が、前記ポリイソシアネート化合物の残基20〜32重量%を含んでなり、
前記ポリウレタン支持パッドに、30%以上の圧縮率および92%以上の圧縮弾性率を付与するものであることを特徴とする、ポリウレタン樹脂組成物。 - 前記ポリカルボン酸が、炭素数4〜8のジカルボン酸を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリウレタン樹脂組成物。
- 前記軟質部が、1,000〜5,000の重量平均分子量を有するポリエステルポリオールの残基を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のポリウレタン樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリイソシアネート化合物が、ジイソシアネート、1,4−テトラメチレンジイソシアネート、1,6−ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(HDI)、1,12−ドデカンジイソシアネート、シクロブタン−1,3−ジイソシアネート、シクロヘキサン−1,3−ジイソシアネート、シクロヘキサン−1,4−ジイソシアネート、1−イソシアネート−3,3,5−トリメチル−5−イソシアネートメチル−シクロヘキサン、2,4−ヘキサヒドロトルエンジイソシアネート、2,6−ヘキサヒドロトルエンジイソシアネート、ヘキサヒドロ−1,3−フェニレンジイソシアネート、ヘキサヒドロ−1,4−フェニレンジイソシアネート、ペルヒドロ−2,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、ペルヒドロ−4,4’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、1,3−フェニレンジイソシアネート、1,4−フェニレンジイソシアネート、1,4−ズロールジイソシアネート(DDI)、4,4’−スチルベンジイソシアネート、3,3’−ジメチル−4,4’−ビフェニレンジイソシアネート(TODI)、トルエン2,4−ジイソシアネート、トルエン2,6−ジイソシアネート(TDI)、ジフェニルメタン−2,4’−ジイソシアネート(MDI)、2,2’−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)、ジフェニルメタン−4,4’−ジイソシアネート(MDI)およびナフタレン−1,5−イソシアネート(NDI)からなる群より選択された1種以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のポリウレタン樹脂組成物。
- 前記鎖延長剤が、エチレングリコールおよび1,4−ブタンジオールを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のポリウレタン樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリウレタン樹脂が、100,000〜900,000の重量平均分子量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のポリウレタン樹脂組成物。
- 非イオン性界面活性剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のポリウレタン樹脂組成物。
- 充填剤、撥水剤、気孔の大きさ調整剤および顔料からなる群より選択された1種以上の添加剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載のポリウレタン樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載のポリウレタン樹脂組成物の湿式凝固物を含むことを特徴とする、ポリウレタン支持パッド。
- 30%以上の圧縮率および92%以上の圧縮弾性率を有することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のポリウレタン支持パッド。
- 100μm〜500μmの最長径を有する気孔を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のポリウレタン支持パッド。
