Claims (4)
- 溶融Alめっき浴に浸漬した鋼線を気相空間に連続的に引き上げる方法で鋼線表面に溶融Alめっきを施すにあたり、引き上げられる鋼線周囲のめっき浴面の一部領域に気相空間側から局所的に気体を吹き付けて浴面に窪みを形成させることにより、浴面から引き上げられる鋼線の中心線を含むある平面内で、鋼線の水平方向両側における浴面高さに差が生じる状態を作り、その状態を維持しながら鋼線を引き上げる溶融Alめっき鋼線の製造方法。
- 前記の吹き付ける気体を窒素ガスとする請求項1に記載の溶融Alめっき鋼線の製造方法。
- 吹き付ける気体の流量および鋼線のライン速度を調整することによりAlめっき付着量を制御する請求項1または2に記載の溶融Alめっき鋼線の製造方法。
- 溶融Alめっき層の平均厚さを50μm以上に制御する請求項3に記載の溶融Alめっき鋼線の製造方法。
