Claims (12)
- 材料内の固体と液体とを分離するように前記材料に作業を施す装置(10,200,250)において、前記装置(10,200,250)は、エンドレスベルト構造(11)を備え、前記エンドレスベルト構造(11)は、前記エンドレスベルト構造(11)が周りを通過するガイドローラ構造(13)が組み込まれた経路(12)の周りを循環するように構成され且つ前記経路(12)に沿って移動可能な1つまたは複数のベルト部(15)を画成し、前記ベルト部(15)は、細長シートの形状であり、前記作業の少なくとも一部が内部で行われることになる移動可能な管状構造(21)を組み立てるために、前記ベルト部(15)の長手方向縁(17,18)に沿って離脱可能に繋ぎ合わされるように構成され、前記管状構造(21)は、前記ベルト構造(11)が移動している間に、前記管状構造(21)の一端において連続的に組み立てられることが可能であり、前記管状構造(21)の他端において連続的に分解されることが可能であり、前記管状構造(21)の少なくとも一部が液体浸透性を有しており、前記ベルト構造(11)は、前記ベルト部(15)に接続された2つのエンドレス索要素(31,32)を備え、前記2つの索要素(31,32)は、それらの間に前記ベルト部(15)を支持するように構成され、各ローラ構造(13)は、2つのホイール(14)を備え、前記2つのホイール(14)の各々は、前記2つの索要素(31,32)の各1つを案内可能に受けるように構成された外周(14a)を有し、それによって前記2つの索要素(31,32)が前記ガイドローラ構造(13)上に支持され、前記ベルト部(15)が前記2つの索要素(31,32)間で支持されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 前記1つまたは複数のベルト部(15)は、摺動可能なコネクタ手段(19,23,25)によって、前記ベルト部(15)の長手方向縁(17,18)に沿って離脱可能に繋ぎ合わされるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記作業が行われることになる材料を前記管状構造(21)内に導入する手段をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記管状構造(21)内に含まれている固相物質から液体を絞り出すために、前記管状構造(21)をその一部に沿って圧縮する手段(90)をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記管状構造(21)を圧縮する前記手段(90)は、前記管状構造(21)を機械的に圧縮するプレスを備えていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記プレスは、前記管状構造(21)に線状加圧作用を加えるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記プレスは、前記管状構造(21)が通過して圧縮を受けることになる加圧区域(98)の片側に内側ラン(97)を有する周期的に移動可能な構造を備えていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記プレスは、加圧区域(98)の反対側に内側ラン(97)を有するさらに他の周期的に移動可能な構造(91)を備え、前記2つの周期的に移動可能な構造の前記内側ラン(97)が協働して、前記加圧区域(98)を画定していることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記管状構造(21)は、1つまたは複数の前記ローラ構造(13)の周りを通過中に撓みを受けるときに圧縮されるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記管状構造(21)は、前記ベルト部(15)の軸方向張力および前記管状構造(21)内に収容されている材料にて加えられる負荷から生じる張力によって前記管状構造(21)に加えられる張力の結果として、圧縮を受けていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記管状構造(21)内に収容されている物質を排出させるために、前記管状構造(21)を長手方向に分割する分離手段(36)をさらに備え、前記長手方向の分割は、前記管状構造(21)の分解を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記管状構造(21)は、前記作業が行われることになる材料を受けるために、前記管状構造(21)の前記一端で開かれていることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
