Abstract

Un aparato de filtro de cinta (10) para tratamiento de material para separar sus componentes sólidos y líquidos. La estructura de cinta sin fin (11) comprende además una cremallera (19) para conectar de manera liberable los dos bordes longitudinales (17, 18) conjuntamente para formar una estructura tubular (21) que tiene una pared lateral flexible (22). El trayecto de circulación (12) incluye una zona de ensamblaje (33) en la cual los bordes longitudinales (17, 18) de la porción de cinta (15) se ponen en contacto y se interconectan por medio de la cremallera (19) para formar la estructura tubular (21), y una zona de desensamblaje (35) en la que la cremallera (19) se libera para separar los bordes longitudinales (17, 18) y la estructura tubular (21) que se abre posteriormente. Se proporcionan medios (90, 110) para comprimir la estructura tubular (21) a lo largo de una porción de la misma para exprimir líquido del material contenido en la estructura tubular (21). El líquido así liberado puede descargarse de la estructura tubular (21) a través de la porción de cinta permeable al agua (15).
