Claims (8)
- 分光器であって、
a.出力光が放出される光源出力開口を有する光源であって、放出された出力光が平行出力光ビームによって形成される、前記光源と、
b.シュワルツシルト型の対物鏡から形成された対物光源要素であって、
(1)光源から光を受ける凸面反射鏡であって、この凸面反射鏡が限界開口を有するような、前記凸面反射鏡と、
(2)前記凸面反射鏡から光を受ける凹面反射鏡と、
を有する前記対物光源要素と、
c.前記凹面反射鏡から光を受ける標本ステージと、
d.前記標本ステージから光を受ける検出器と、
e.前記光源から前記対物光源要素へ光を通過させる1又は複数の中間光源光学要素とを備え、
前記中間光源光学要素は、前記光源の光源出力開口を、少なくとも実質的に、前記対物光源要素の前記凸面反射鏡の限界開口に臨界的に映し出すように適合させることを特徴とする分光器。 - 前記光源からの光は、前記凸面反射鏡によって受け取られたとき、少なくとも実質的に、前記対物光源要素の前記凸面反射鏡の限界開口に合致する直径を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分光器。
- a.前記標本ステージから光を受ける対物集光要素であって、この対物集光要素は対物集光限界開口を有しているような、前記上記対物集光要素と、
b.前記対物集光要素から光を受けるカメラ要素であって、このカメラ要素はカメラ限界開口を有しているような、前記カメラ要素と、
を備え、
(1)前記検出器は、前記カメラ要素を介して、前記標本ステージから光を受け、
(2)前記対物集光限界開口は、少なくとも実質的に、前記カメラ限界開口に臨界的に映し出されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分光器。 - 前記対物集光要素からの光は、前記カメラ要素で受け取られたとき、前記カメラ限界開口と少なくとも実質的に合致する直径を有していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の分光器。
- 前記光源からの光は、前記凸面反射鏡で受け取られたとき、少なくとも実質的に、前記対物光源要素の前記凸面反射鏡の限界開口に合致する直径を有していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の分光器。
- a.前記対物集光要素からの光は、前記対物集光要素と前記カメラ要素との間にある焦点面に焦点を結び、
b.前記焦点面に配置された開口アレイをさらに具備している、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の分光器。 - 前記標本ステージから光を受ける観察光学要素をさらに具備し、この観察光学要素によって受け取られる光は、少なくとも実質的に、可視スペクトルの範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分光器。
- 前記光源から前記対物光源要素へ光を通過させる1又は複数の中間光源光学要素をさらに具備し、この中間光源光学要素は、前記光源と前記対物光源要素との間に焦点面を提供することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分光器。
