一組の試験として、異なる処方を有する各種蛍光体を調製した。正確な処方を実現するために、原材料について点火損失(LOI)を求めた(LOIは、SrCO3とCaCO3については500℃で、ケイ酸については900℃で、Eu2O3については1150℃で求めた)。当業者には明らかなように、LOI値は、所与の材料の供給されたロットの間で変わり、処方に対して正しい調整が行えるように常に実験的に求める必要がある。LOI判定の結果を下表1に掲載している。
Claims (10)
- 光を発する照明装置であって、
200nmから500nmまでのピーク発光を有する放射を発する光源と、
Sr2-u-eCauEueSi1-xO4-2xから成る蛍光体材料であって、0.25≦u≦0.50、0.01≦e≦0.06、及び0.02≦x≦0.20である、蛍光体材料と、を具備する照明装置。 - 前記光源はLEDである、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記蛍光体材料は、1つ又はそれ以上の追加の蛍光体を更に具備する、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記1つ又はそれ以上の追加の蛍光体は、

- 前記蛍光体材料は、Sr1.73Ca0.25Eu0.02Si0.92O3.84、Sr1.68Ca0.30Eu0.02Si0.92O3.84、Sr1.66Ca0.30Eu0.04Si0.96O3.92、及びSr1.56Ca0.40Eu0.04Si0.96O3.92を含んでいる群の内の1つ又はそれ以上を具備する、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記蛍光体材料は、200〜500nmのピーク発光を有する光源により発せられた放射を吸収することができ、前記光源からの前記放射と組み合わされると白色光を作り出す放射を発することができる、請求項3に記載の照明装置。
- 前記装置は、<4500Kの色温度を有している、請求項7に記載の照明装置。
- 前記装置は、90又はそれ以上の一般CRI(Ra)を有している、請求項7に記載の照明装置。
- Sr2-u-eCauEueSi1-xO4-2xから成る蛍光体材料であって、0.25≦u≦0.50、0.01≦e≦0.06、及び0.02≦x≦0.20である、蛍光体材料。
