Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 熱可塑性材料の半透明な層に少なくとも部分的に埋め込まれるLEDパッケージを有する光出力装置であって、前記半透明な層が、前記半透明な層の前記熱可塑性材料の熱伝導率より高い熱伝導率を持つ光散乱粒子を有することを特徴とする光出力装置。
- 前記光散乱粒子が、少なくとも1W/mKの熱伝導率を持つ請求項1に記載の光出力装置。
- 前記光散乱粒子が、少なくとも10W/mKの熱伝導率を持つ請求項1に記載の光出力装置。
- 前記光散乱粒子が、100nm乃至2μmの直径を持つ請求項1、2又は3に記載の光出力装置。
- 前記光散乱粒子が、TiO2、ZrO2及びMgOから成るグループから選択される請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の光出力装置。
- 前記光散乱粒子の量が、0.01乃至2重量%の範囲内である請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の光出力装置。
- 前記光散乱粒子の量が、0.01乃至0.5重量%の範囲内である請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の光出力装置。
- 前記半透明な層が、前記半透明な層の前記熱可塑性材料の熱伝導率より高い熱伝導率を持つ非光散乱粒子を更に有する請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の光出力装置。
- 前記光散乱粒子及び前記非光散乱粒子が、同じ材料で作成される請求項8に記載の光出力装置。
- 前記非光散乱粒子が、1nm乃至50nmの直径を持つ請求項8又は9に記載の光出力装置。
- 前記非光散乱粒子の量が、2乃至10重量%の範囲内である請求項8、9又は10に記載の光出力装置。
- 前記非光散乱粒子の量が、5乃至10重量%の範囲内である請求項8、9又は10に記載の光出力装置。
- 前記LEDパッケージにより近い部分における前記光散乱粒子の密度が、前記LEDパッケージからより遠く離れた部分における前記光散乱粒子の密度より高い請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の光出力装置。
- 前記熱可塑性材料が、ポリビニルブチラール又はUV樹脂である請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の光出力装置。
- 前記LEDパッケージが、前記LEDパッケージには前記半透明な層からの突出部がないようにして前記半透明な層に埋め込まれる請求項1乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の光出力装置。
- 前記半透明な層が、第1ガラス板と第2ガラス板との間に挟まれる請求項1乃至15のいずれか一項に記載の光出力装置。
- 前記第1及び前記第2ガラス板のうちの少なくとも1枚が、光散乱性である請求項16に記載の光出力装置。
- 前記第1及び前記第2ガラス板のうちの前記少なくとも1枚が、光散乱粒子を含む請求項17に記載の光出力装置。
- 前記第1及び前記第2ガラス板のうちの前記少なくとも1枚が、擦り傷をつけた表面又はざらざらにした表面を持つ請求項17又は18に記載の光出力装置。
- 請求項1乃至19のいずれか一項に記載の光出力装置と、前記制御回路に供給される信号を制御するための照明制御器とを有する照明システム。
