Claims (7)
- 少なくとも1つのLEDパッケージを有するLEDアレイシステムであり、前記少なくとも1つのLEDパッケージが、LEDを有し、前記LEDパッケージに駆動電圧を供給する手段を具備する基板上に配設され、前記少なくとも1つのLEDパッケージが、支持層内に埋め込まれ、最上層が、前記最上層と、前記基板との間に前記支持層を挟むようにして配設されるLEDアレイシステムであって、前記少なくとも1つのLEDパッケージが、前記LEDによって放射される光をコリメートするための反射面を持つ反射器を有し、前記反射面に隣接する半径方向外側の第1ボリュームに、前記反射面の半径方向内側の第2ボリュームの屈折率より低い屈折率を持つ媒体が充填され、それにより、前記LEDから送出される光が、前記反射面において全反射を経験し、前記基板及び前記最上層が、ガラス製であり、前記支持層が、ポリマ製であり、前記第1ボリュームが、屈折率が1であるガスを有し、前記第2ボリュームが、前記ポリマの屈折率と等しい屈折率を備える透明な材料を有するLEDアレイシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のLEDアレイシステムであって、前記ポリマが、PVBであるLEDアレイシステム。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のLEDアレイシステムであって、前記反射面が、前記支持層の垂線と直交する断面であって、前記LEDからの距離の関数として増大していく断面を持つLEDアレイシステム。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のLEDアレイシステムであって、前記反射面が、円錐台を有するLEDアレイシステム。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のLEDアレイシステムであって、前記反射面が、複合放物面集光器を有するLEDアレイシステム。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のLEDアレイシステムであって、望ましい方向上のコーン2Ψの外側では、グレアを500cd/m2未満に保つよう構成されるLEDアレイシステム。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のLEDアレイシステムを含む照明システム。
