本发明提供一种发光二极管面光源灯具,包括:一底板;四侧板,其分别设置在该底板的四边,且垂直于该底板;多个电路板,其对称地设置在该底板上,且以并联的方式电性连接;多个发光二极管,其设置在各电路板上,且排列成矩阵;一电源供应器,其设置在该底板上,且供电于所述发光二极管;及一雾光板,其相对于该底板而设置在所述侧板上;其中,该雾光板散射所述发光二极管的光,以提供均匀面光源。

发光二极管面光源灯具
技术领域
本发明是关于发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管(light emitting diode,LED)是一种可发光的半导体元件,在通电时,其中的电子与电洞会发生复合,此时,电子自高能阶掉落到低能阶,就会放出光子。比起通过热辐射发光的白炽灯泡,发光二极管的发光效率较高,具有节能环保的优点。
图16显示一种已知的LED灯管100。在LED灯管100中,多个LED 101在基板102上串联成一列,并由玻璃灯罩103保护。然而,LED 101的光线会直接射出玻璃灯罩103,导致LED灯管100无法提供柔和的光线。此外,LED 101之间具有间距,导致LED灯管100的光场分布不均匀,而无法提供理想的面光源。因此,已知的LED灯管确实有改进的空间。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种发光二极管面光源灯具,包括:一底板;四侧板,其等分别设置在该底板的四边,且垂直于该底板;多个电路板,其等对称地设置在该底板上,且以并联的方式电性连接;多个发光二极管,其等设置在各电路板上,且排列成矩阵;一电源供应器,其设置在该底板上,且供电于所述发光二极管;及一雾光板,其相对于该底板而设置在所述侧板上;其中,该雾光板散射所述发光二极管的光,以提供均匀面光源。
本发明的有益效果是,在进一步的实施例中,本发明已理解到雾光板的入射面照度与出射面光出射度的非线性关系,而通过调整发光二极管的辐射通量、相邻的发光二极管之间的间距及发光二极管与雾光板之间的垂直距离等参数,使得雾光板的光出射度为最佳者,以达到节能环保的目的。

具体实施方式
以下将提供本发明不同实施例。可理解的是,这些实施例并非用以限制。本发明的特征可加以修饰、置换、组合、分离及设计以应用于其他实施例。
第一实施例
图1至图4分别显示本发明第一实施例的发光二极管面光源灯具1的透视图、分解图、上视立体图及下视立体图。请一并参照图1至图4。
在本实施例中,发光二极管面光源灯具1主要包括:底板10、四个侧板11、四个电路板20、多个发光二极管30、电源供应器40及雾光板50。
底板10是矩形的,以利排列及安装在天花板或墙壁中。四个侧板11分别设置在底板10的四边,且垂直于底板10。雾光板50是相对于底板10而设置在四个侧板11上。因此,底板10、四个侧板11及雾光板50形成容置空间。
选择性地,可将框架60设置在四个侧板11上,再将雾光板50嵌入框架60,而完成雾光板50的设置。如图2及图4所示,插头线12可设置在容置空间外而自底板10的孔洞进入容置空间。底板10、侧板11的材料可为陶瓷或金属,例如铝、铜或其等之合金,以利导热。底板10、侧板11、雾光板50的一者、多者或各者亦可具有孔洞,使得空气可进出容置空间,以利通过空气对流的方式散热。图2及图4显示侧板11具有孔洞12。
经过测量,本发明的发光二极管面光源灯具1的温度为摄氏25至30度,低于已知的LED灯管的温度,足见本发明的优点。
在容置空间中,四个电路板20是固定在底板10上,排列成上下左右对称。其等由导线41以并联的方式互相电性连接,并连接至电源供应器40。电源供应器40可通过插头线13连接市电。
多个发光二极管30是设置在各电路板20上,且排列成矩阵。在本实施例中,多个发光二极管30在各电路板20上是排列七行、五列的矩阵。在其他实施例中,矩阵的行列数目可加以变化。相邻的发光二极管30之间具有(前后或左右)间距D。发光二极管30可发出白光、暖光或综合光。
发光二极管30具有辐射通量W。发光二极管30可朝向不同角度发光。其所发出的光可为朗伯特分布(Lambertian distribution)或高斯分布(Gaussian Distribution)。
图5显示本发明的发光二极管面光源灯具1的电路板20的剖面图。各电路板20包括第一绝缘层21、电路层22及第二绝缘层23。电路板20是由第一绝缘层21固定在底板10上。电路层22是设置在第一绝缘层21上,并布置有并联电路24(如图6所示),并联电路24具有多个接点220。第二绝缘层23是设置在电路层22上,其具有多个通孔230,且发光二极管30设置在第二绝缘层22上而通过通孔230连接接点220。
以七行、五列的矩阵为例,图6显示本发明的发光二极管面光源灯具1的电路层22的并联电路24。并联电路24的正电源端子25及负电源端子26分别连接至正、负导线41。正电源端子25延伸出并联的第一路径241、第二路径242及第三路径243;负电源端子延伸出并联的第四路径244、第五路径245及第六路径246。第一路径241是连接第四路径244,第二路径242是连接第五路径245,而第三路径243是连接第六路径246。上述配置可便于多个发光二极管30排列成七行、五列的矩阵。较佳地,并联电路24在各接点220所在处发生蜿蜒,以便焊接发光二极管30。
可理解的是,由于电路板30并未受到胶合封装,而可自容置空间卸除,故若任何电路板30失效,即可随时更换,并将失效的加以回收,如此将有助于环保。
图7显示本发明的发光二极管面光源灯具1的发光二极管30的投射。雾光板50会散射发光二极管30的光,以提供均匀面光源。具体而言,雾光板50包括入射面51,亦即面对发光二极管30之面,及出射面52,亦即背对发光二极管30之面。可理解的是,发光二极管30靠近底板10,而与雾光板50之间具有垂直距离H。因此,多个发光二极管30的位置是配置成多个发光二极管30所发出的不同角度的光投射在雾光板50的入射面会发生叠加,而产生多个高照度区511及多个低照度区512。光在雾光板50中会发生散射,高照度区511的光比起低照度区512的光具有较高的散射期望值,因此,各区的光会加以均化,而在出射面52提供面光源。
值得注意的是,本发明更理解到雾光板50的入射面51照度(illuminance)E与出射面52光出射度(luminous emittance)M的非线性关系。可理解的是,照度E是定义成雾光板50的入射面51单位面积所接收的光通量,而光出射度M是定义成雾光板50的出射面单位面积所发出的光通量。这种非线性关系尚无法表达成解析解,但可以最大值表达其特性。
具体而言,决定入射面照度E的参数包括发光二极管30的辐射通量W、相邻的发光二极管30之间的间距D及发光二极管30与雾光板50之间的垂直距离H。这是因为,照度是在特定单位面积上将各入射角的光通量进行积分而得,其中,光通量正比于辐射通量W,而入射角是间距D与垂直距离H的比值的反正切(arctangent)。
进而,如同上述,本发明已理解到雾光板50的入射面51照度E与出射面52光出射度M的非线性关系。因此,发光二极管30所发出的光通过该雾光板50的光出射度M对于辐射通量W、间距D或垂直距离H可表达成非线性函数F,且非线性函数F收敛于最大值U。这表示,非线性函数F是收敛函数,而不会无限发散。进一步地,非线性函数F至少局部地是二次函数。
可理解的是,非线性函数F的最大值U是因雾光板50的材料而定,亦即,不同材料的雾光板50具有不同最大值U。本实施例是采用聚碳酸酯板(PC板)作为雾光板50。在其他实施例中,可采用压克力板作为雾光板50。
据此,本发明即可调整辐射通量W、间距D或垂直距离H,使得非线性函数F为最大值U。进而,本发明得到辐射通量W:间距D:垂直距离的比例关系为0.2瓦:1.5公分:3公分可使得非线性函数F为最大值U。因此,可选择各发光二极管30的辐射通量W为0.2瓦,间距D为1.5公分,而与雾光板50的垂直距离H为3公分;或选择各发光二极管30的辐射通量W为0.3瓦,间距D为2.25公分,而与雾光板50的垂直距离H为4.5公分,以此类推。垂直距离H较佳是0.5至5公分。
经过测量,本发明的发光二极管面光源灯具1的光出射度M为800勒克斯(勒克斯为流明/平方公尺),符合室内照明的标准。
可理解的是,上述比例关系是重要的。为了提供面光源,必须将发光二极管排列成矩阵。若不采用上述比例关系,而采用其他比例关系,将无法优化面光源灯具的发光效率,如此将浪费能源,并产生废热。反之,若采用上述比例关系,则可提升面光源灯具的发光效率。
第二实施例
图8至图11分别显示本发明第二实施例的发光二极管面光源灯具1’的透视图、分解图、上视立体图及下视立体图。在本实施例中,底座10呈现长条状,以容纳两个电路板20,除此之外,其余元件及配置皆可参考第一实施例。
第三实施例
图12至图15分别显示本发明第三实施例的发光二极管面光源灯具1”的透视图、分解图、上视立体图及下视立体图。在本实施例中,底座10呈现长条状,以容纳三个电路板20,除此之外,其余元件及配置皆可参考第一实施例。
综之,本发明的发光二极管面光源灯具1可提供均匀的面光源。进一步地,本发明已理解到雾光板50的入射面照度E与出射面光出射度M的非线性关系,而通过调整各参数,使得雾光板50的光出射度M为最佳。
尽管本发明已通过上述实施例说明,可理解的是,在不悖离本发明精神及申请专利范围之下,可进行许多其他修饰及变化。

Claims (12)

1.一种发光二极管面光源灯具,包括:
一底板;
四侧板,其分别设置在该底板的四边,且垂直于该底板;
多个电路板,其对称地设置在该底板上,且以并联的方式电性连接;
多个发光二极管,其设置在各电路板上,且排列成矩阵;
一电源供应器,其设置在该底板上,且供电于所述发光二极管;及
一雾光板,其相对于该底板而设置在所述侧板上;
其中,该雾光板散射所述发光二极管的光,以提供均匀面光源。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管面光源灯具,其中,该雾光板包括一入射面及一出射面;其中,所述发光二极管的位置配置成所述发光二极管所发出的光投射在该入射面会发生叠加,而产生高照度区与低照度区;该雾光板通过散射将所述高照度区及所述低照度区的光加以均化,而在该出射面提供面光源。
3.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管面光源灯具,其中,
所述发光二极管的辐射通量为W;
所述发光二极管的相邻者的间距为D;
该雾光板与所述发光二极管之间的垂直距离为H;且
所述发光二极管所发出的光通过该雾光板的光出射度对于该辐射通量W、该间距D或该垂直距离H是一道非线性函数。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管面光源灯具,其中,该非线性函数是一道二次函数。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管面光源灯具,其中,该非线性函数收敛于一最大值。
6.如权利要求5所述的发光二极管面光源灯具,其中,该辐射通量W、该间距D或该垂直距离H是选择成使得该非线性函数为该最大值。
7.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管面光源灯具,其中,该辐射通量W∶该间距D∶该垂直距离的比例关系为0.2瓦∶1.5公分∶3公分。
8.如权利要求7所述的发光二极管面光源灯具,其中该垂直距离H为0.5至5公分。
9.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管面光源灯具,其中,该雾光板为一聚碳酸酯板或一压克力板。
10.如权利要求9所述的发光二极管面光源灯具,其中,各电路板包括:
一第一绝缘层;
一电路层,其设置在该第一绝缘层上,并布置有一并联电路,且该并联电路具有多个接点;及
一第二绝缘层,其设置在该电路层上,并具有多个通孔,且所述发光二极管设置在该第二绝缘层上而通过所述通孔连接所述接点。
11.如权利要求10所述的发光二极管面光源灯具,其中,该并联电路在各接点所在处发生蜿蜒。
12.如权利要求10所述的发光二极管面光源灯具,其中,该并联电路包括:
一正电源端子;
一负电源端子;
延伸自正电源端子且并联的一第一路径、一第二路径及一第三路径;及
延伸自负电源端子且并联的一第四路径、一第五路径及一第六路径;
其中,该第一路径连接该第四路径,该第二路径连接该第五路径,而该第三路径连接该第六路径。
