Claims (13)
- ソーラーモジュール(100)の電気接続システム(104)に接続するための接続デバイス(1)であって、
前記ソーラーモジュールの外面に配置されるコネクタハウジング(10)と、
前記コネクタハウジングに配置可能であると共に、前記ソーラーモジュールから導出される、前記ソーラーモジュールの前記電気接続システムの導体(3)に接続可能な少なくとも1個の接続手段(30)とを具備し、
前記接続手段は、接触位置で前記導体に接触するための少なくとも1個の弾性接触領域(31)と、前記弾性接触領域と対向する相手接触領域(32)と、前記接触位置から前記弾性接触領域を移動させるために工具(44)と係合する少なくとも1個の係合部(41,42,43)とを有し、
前記弾性接触領域は、前記接続手段の対向する前記相手接触領域に向って前記導体を前記接触位置で押圧し、
前記接続手段の前記弾性接触領域及び前記相手接触領域は、該弾性接触領域及び該相手接触領域の幅より小さい連結領域(33)により互いに接続されていることを特徴とする接続デバイス。 - 前記係合部(41,42)は、前記弾性接触領域が前記工具により前記接続手段の前記相手接触領域から離れる方向に移動可能であるように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の接続デバイス。
- 前記連結領域が湾曲した連結領域であることにより、前記接続手段が湾曲したばねコンタクトとして構成されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の接続デバイス。
- 前記係合部(41,42)は、前記連結領域(33)に隣接して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は3記載の接続デバイス。
- 前記係合部は、前記弾性接触領域及び前記相手接触領域により形成されると共に前記工具が挿入される間隙(41,42)として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか1項記載の接続デバイス。
- 前記係合部(43)は、前記弾性接触領域の自由端に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか1項記載の接続デバイス。
- 前記係合部は、通路状の曲げ部として構成されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の接続デバイス。
- 前記弾性接触領域は、前記導体との接触点(52)又は接触面を形成するために少なくとも1個の突出部(34)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のうちいずれか1項記載の接続デバイス。
- 前記接続手段は、前記コネクタハウジング内に配置可能な少なくとも1個の通電部品(20)上に型で作成可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のうちいずれか1項接続デバイス。
- 前記通電部品は、第1側(21)に少なくとも1個のコンタクト(61)に接続するための接続領域(60)が設けられると共に前記第1側とは反対側の第2側(22)に前記接続手段が設けられたバスバーとして構成されていることを特徴とする請求項9記載の接続デバイス。
- 前記バスバーは、前記接続領域の前記第1側で前記コンタクト(61)に接続され、
前記コンタクトは、前記バスバーから離れた側で、外部導体(2)が接続可能な差込み接続デバイス(70)の一部を形成することを特徴とする請求項10記載の接続デバイス。 - 前記接続領域及び前記接続手段の間に、前記バスバーを前記コネクタハウジングに固定するよう設けられた、前記バスバーの少なくとも1個の固定部(80)を設けたことを特徴とする請求項10又は11記載の接続デバイス。
- 少なくとも1個のソーラーモジュールと、請求項1乃至12のうちいずれか1項記載の少なくとも1個の接続デバイスとを具備することを特徴とする太陽光発電装置。
