Description
試験タイヤをリムサイズ17×8.0Jのメジャーリムに組み付けて車両に装着し、空気圧を230kPaとして、4輪のうち駆動輪右側(1本)のバルブコアを除去して、アスファルト路面からなるテストコースを平均速度80km/hにて走行させ、ドライバーがタイヤの故障による振動を感じるまで走行を続け、その平均走行距離を測定した。この測定を3名のテストドライバーにより行い、その結果を平均してランフラット耐久性の評価とした。評価結果は、従来例1を100とする指数にて示した。この指数値が大きいほどランフラット耐久性が優れていることを意味する。
試験タイヤをリムサイズ17×8.0Jのメジャーリムに組付けて車両に装着し、全タイヤの空気圧を230kPaとし、テストコースにおいて、通常走行時の乗心地についてテストドライバーによる官能評価を行った。評価結果は、従来例1を100とする指数にて示した。この指数値が大きいほど通常走行時の乗心地性が優れていることを意味する。

Claims (7)
- 左右一対のビード部間にカーカス層が装架され、トレッド部における前記カーカス層の外周側にベルト層が配置されると共に、サイドウォール部における前記カーカス層のタイヤ幅方向内側に断面三日月状の内側補強ゴム層が配置される一方で、ネガティブキャンバー角が付与された車両に装着される空気入りランフラットタイヤにおいて、
前記ビード部から前記サイドウォール部に亘って前記カーカス層のタイヤ幅方向外側に外側補強ゴム層を配置し、該外側補強ゴム層の子午線方向断面における重心位置がタイヤ最大幅位置よりも径方向内側に位置し、前記内側補強ゴム層及び前記外側補強ゴム層の体積を車両装着時における車両内側と車両外側とでそれぞれ異ならせ、車両内側の前記内側補強ゴム層の体積V1inと車両外側の前記内側補強ゴム層の体積V1out との比V1out /V1inを1.10〜1.35にすると共に、車両内側の前記外側補強ゴム層の体積V2inと車両外側の前記外側補強ゴム層の体積V2out との比V2in/V2out を1.10〜1.50にしたことを特徴とする空気入りランフラットタイヤ。 - 前記式(1)におけるR基が−CH2 −CH2 −O−CH2 −O−CH2 −CH2 −であることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の空気入りランフラットタイヤ。
- 前記内側補強ゴム層を構成するゴム組成物及び前記外側補強ゴム層を構成するゴム組成物の60℃におけるtanδが0.01〜0.08であり、60℃における動的弾性率E’が4.5〜13MPaであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気入りランフラットタイヤ。
- 前記ベルト層の径方向外側に配置されるベルトカバー層が、特性の異なる2種の有機繊維からなる複合コードで構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の空気入りランフラットタイヤ。
- 前記複合コードが、相対的に高伸縮かつ低弾性である有機繊維と相対的に低伸縮かつ高弾性である有機繊維とから構成されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の空気入りランフラットタイヤ。
