Description
請求項4に記載の発明に係る自動車のバッテリー冷却構造は、請求項3に記載の自動車のバッテリー冷却構造において、前記熱伝導部は、前記バッテリーモジュールの上壁部のうち前記傾斜壁と前記中間壁との境界部分の下方に対応する位置であって、前記上壁部の後部側のみに設けられている。
上記実施形態では、バッテリーモジュール12の外装部材16における上壁部16Aの略全体がスチール製の熱伝導部18によって構成された場合について説明したが、請求項1〜請求項4に係る発明はこれに限らず、熱伝導部18が上壁部16Aの後部側だけに設けられた構成にしてもよい。すなわち、隙間40に導入された走行風W1は、上壁部16Aの後部側へ向かうに従い流速を増加されるため、走行風W1の流速が速くなるところにスチール製の熱伝導部18が設けられることにより、バッテリーモジュール12を効率的に冷却することができる。しかも、上壁部16Aの略全体がスチール製の熱伝導部18によって構成される場合と比較して、バッテリーモジュール12の軽量化を図ることができる。

Claims (4)
- 車体床部の下側に配置され、リヤフレームを有するバッテリーフレームを介して車体の骨格に固定されると共に、後面の下部側に配置された前記リヤフレームが前記後面から車体後方側へ突出しており、側面視で前記リヤフレームと階段状に並ぶと共に、上面と前記車体床部との間に隙間が形成され、車体前方側から前記隙間に導入される走行風が前記隙間の後端から導出されるバッテリーモジュールと、
前記車体床部に設けられ、車体後方側へ向かうに従い下降するように傾斜しており、前記隙間における車体前後方向と垂直な断面の断面積を車体後方側へ向かうに従い漸減させた傾斜壁と、
前記車体床部に設けられ、前記傾斜壁の後端から車体後方側へ延びて前記バッテリーモジュールの後端よりも車体後方側へ至る中間壁と、
前記車体床部に設けられ、前記中間壁の後端から車体下方側へ延びると共に、前記隙間を車体外側に連通させた空間が前記バッテリーモジュールとの間に形成された縦壁と、
前記車体床部に設けられ、前記縦壁の下端から車体後方側へ延びると共に、前記バッテリーモジュールの下面と同等の高さに配置された下壁と、
を備えた自動車のバッテリー冷却構造。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールは、前記車体床部と対向して配置された上壁部に、金属製の熱伝導部が設けられている請求項1に記載の自動車のバッテリー冷却構造。
- 前記熱伝導部は、少なくとも前記上壁部の後部側に設けられている請求項2に記載の自動車のバッテリー冷却構造。
- 前記熱伝導部は、前記バッテリーモジュールの上壁部のうち前記傾斜壁と前記中間壁との境界部分の下方に対応する位置であって、前記上壁部の後部側のみに設けられている請求項3に記載の自動車のバッテリー冷却構造。
