− 多価の脂肪族または芳香族の酸のエステル、例えばジアルキルアジペート、例えばジヘキシルアジペート、ジオクチルアジペート、ヘキシルシクロヘキシルアジペート、ヘプチルアジペートおよびノニルアジペートからの混合物、ジイソノニルアジペート、ヘプチルノニルアジペートならびにアジピン酸と、脂環式のまたはエーテル結合を含有するエステルアルコールとのエステル、ジアルキルセバケート、例えばジブチルセバケートならびに、セバシン酸と脂環式のまたはエーテル結合を含有するエステルアルコールとのエステル、フタル酸のエステル、例えばブチルベンジルフタレートまたはビス−2−ブトキシエチルフタレート、シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸のエステル、例えば1,2−シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸ジイソノニルエステル

− 脂肪族または芳香族のエステルアルコールとのリン酸エステル、例えばトリス(2−エチルヘキシル)ホスフェート(TOF)、トリエチルホスフェート、ジフェニル−2−エチルヘキシルホスフェート、および/またはリン酸トリクレジル
− クエン酸、コハク酸および/またはフマル酸のエステル。
− ジ−2−エチルヘキシルセバケート(DOS)、ジ−2−エチルヘキシルアジペート(DOA)、ジヘキシルアジペート(DHA)、ジブチルセバケート(DBS)、トリエチレングリコール−ビス−n−ヘプタノエート(3G7)、テトラエチレングリコール−ビス−n−ヘプタノエート(4G7)、トリエチレングリコール−ビス−2−エチルヘキサノエート(3GOもしくは3G8)、テトラエチレングリコール−ビス−n−2−エチルヘキサノエート(4GOもしくは4G8)、ジ−2−ブトキシエチルアジペート(DBEA)、ジ−2−ブトキシエトキシエチルアジペート(DBEEA)、ジ−2−ブトキシエチルセバケート(DBES)、ジ−2−エチルヘキシルフタレート(DOP)、ジ−イソノニルフタレート(DINP)、トリエチレングリコール−ビス−イソノナノエート、トリエチレングリコール−ビス−2−プロピルヘキサノエート、1,2−シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸ジイソノニルエステル(DINCH)、トリス(2−エチルヘキシル)ホスフェート(TOF)およびジプロピレングリコールベンゾエート。
ポリビニルアルコールのエステル価 EZは、DIN EN ISO 3681に従って測定される。加水分解度 HGは、以下のようにエステル価から算出される:HG[モル%]=100*(100−0.1535*EZ)/(100−0.0749*EZ)。
表面粗さRzまたは粗さ値Rzの測定は、DIN EN ISO 4287に従って行われる。上記測定は、機械的なスキッドフィーラ (Einkufentaster) MFW−250を備えたMahr社 S2型,トラバース測量装置(Vorschubgeraet)PGKの粗さ測定装置を用いて実施した。限界波長λc、全体の測定距離lm、個々の測定距離leの数および長さおよび前方間隔および後方間隔lvもしくはlnが、上記の規定に従って選択される。
フィルムの減衰特性は、ISO/PAS 16940(施行 16.07.2002)に従った機械的インピーダンスの測定によって決定される。そのためにフィルムを厚さ2mmの2枚の板ガラスの間に貼り合わせ、かつ、これから300*25mmの寸法を有するサンプルピースを切断する。このガラスサンプル上に、シアノアクリレート接着剤によって、サンプルをネジ山によりインピーダンス測定ヘッド(8001型/Bruel&Kjaer社)と直接結び付けることを可能にする接着キャップネジ(Klebkopfschraube)(型 UA0866/Bruel&Kjaer社)を真ん中に施す。これは1〜10000Hzの周波数範囲にわたる該ガラスサンプルの一箇所での力および加速度の同時の測定を可能にする。その際、インピーダンスヘッドは、振動発生器(4809型/Bruel&Kjaer GmbH社)の振動テーブル上に直接存在し、それを介して所望の力が伝送される。どちらも、有利には0〜40℃の温度範囲にわたって減衰特性の測定を可能にする制御可能な、隔離された加熱キャビネット(Binder社)内に存在する。それから、同時に信号受信機としても作用するノイズ信号発生器(PULSE Fronted Type 3560B−040/Bruel&Kjaer GmbH社)によってノイズが発生させられる。ノイズは、電力増幅器(2718型/Bruel&Kjaer GmbH社)を介して振動発生器に伝達される。周波数範囲は、その際0〜5000Hzを包含する。それから、発生させられた振動に対するガラスサンプルの応答が、種々の温度で直接インピーダンスヘッドを介して力/加速度の記録作成によって測定され、かつ分析ソフトウェア(PULSE FFT Analysis 7770N2型/Bruel&Kjaer GmbH社)により評価され得る。力および加速度からの測定された伝達関数から、ガラスサンプルの振動モードnの様々な固有周波数f、ならびにその半値幅が測定され得る。その際、半値幅Δfが信号最大値より3dB下で選択される。関係式η=Δf/fを介して、種々の固有周波数での減衰定数ηもしくは減衰が測定され得る。高い減衰定数もしくは高い百分率の減衰値が、防音特性の品質の基準である。その際、観察される0〜40℃の温度範囲内での可能な限り幅広い減衰曲線が重要性を持つ。
PVB 1:
100質量部のポリビニルアルコール Mowiol 28〜99(Kuraray Europe GmbHの市販製品)を、90℃へと加熱しながら水1075質量部中に溶解した。40℃の温度でn−ブチルアルデヒド56.8質量部を、かつ12℃の温度で攪拌しながら20%の塩酸75質量部を添加した。混合物を、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)の沈殿後に69℃へと加熱し、かつ、この温度で2時間攪拌した。該PVBを、室温への冷却後に分離し、水で中性に洗浄および乾燥した。20.0質量%(28.8モル%)のポリビニルアルコール含有率および1.3質量%(1モル%)のポリビニルアセテート含有率を有するPVBを得た。
PVB製造を、実施例1に従って行い、その際、93.1モル%の加水分解度を有する100質量部のポリビニルアルコール Mowiol 30〜92(Kuraray Europe GmbHの市販製品)およびn−ブチルアルデヒド66質量部を使用した。12.7質量%(19.3モル%)のポリビニルアルコール含有率および9.1質量%(7モル%)のポリビニルアセテート含有率を有するPVBを得た。
PVB製造を、実施例1に従って行い、その際、n−ブチルアルデヒド78質量部を使用した。12.5質量%(18.8モル%)のポリビニルアルコール含有率および1.3質量%(1モル%)のポリビニルアセテート含有率を有するPVBを得た。
PVB製造を、実施例1に従って行い、その際、n−ブチルアルデヒド75質量部を使用した。13質量%(19.4モル%)のポリビニルアルコール含有率および1.4質量%(1.1モル%)のポリビニルアセテート含有率を有するPVBを得た。
PVB製造を、実施例2に従って行い、その際、n−ブチルアルデヒド64質量部を使用した。13.1質量%(19.8モル%)のポリビニルアルコール含有率および9質量%(7モル%)のポリビニルアセテート含有率を有するPVBを得た。
PVB製造を、実施例2に従って行い、その際、n−ブチルアルデヒド65質量部を使用した。12.9質量%(19.5モル%)のポリビニルアルコール含有率および8.9質量%(6.9モル%)のポリビニルアセテート含有率を有するPVBを得た。
PVB製造を、実施例2に従って行い、その際、n−ブチルアルデヒド73質量部を使用した。11.6質量%(17.7モル%)のポリビニルアルコール含有率および9.1質量%(7.1モル%)のポリビニルアセテート含有率を有するPVBを得た。
PVB製造を、PVB7に従って行い、その際、93.6モル%の加水分解度を有するMowiol 30〜92ロートを使用した。12.3質量%(18.7モル%)のポリビニルアルコール含有率および8.3質量%(6.5モル%)のポリビニルアセテート含有率を有するPVBを得た。
PVB製造を、PVB7に従って行い、その際、94.1モル%の加水分解度を有するMowiol 30〜92ロートを使用した。13質量%(19.7モル%)のポリビニルアルコール含有率および7.8質量%(6.0モル%)のポリビニルアセテート含有率を有するPVBを得た。
PVB製造を、PVB7に従って行い、その際、94.5モル%の加水分解度を有するMowiol 30〜92ロートを使用した。13.8質量%(20.8モル%)のポリビニルアルコール含有率および7.0質量%(5.4モル%)のポリビニルアセテート含有率を有するPVBを得た。
Claims (9)
- 可塑剤含有ポリビニルアセタールをベースとする少なくとも2つの部分フィルムから構成される、合わせガラス用の中間層フィルムにおいて、第一の部分フィルムが、0.1〜11モル%の割合のポリビニルアセテート基及び17〜22質量%の割合のポリビニルアルコール基を有するポリビニルアセタールを含有し、かつ第二の部分フィルムが、5〜8モル%の割合のポリビニルアセテート基を有するポリビニルアセタールを含有することを特徴とする、合わせガラス用の中間層フィルム。
- 部分フィルムが、少なくとも5質量%異なった可塑剤割合を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の中間層フィルム。
- 第二の部分フィルムが、14質量%より下の割合のポリビニルアルコール基を有するポリビニルアセタールを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の中間層フィルム。
- 部分フィルムの少なくとも1つが、SiO2 0.001〜20質量%を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の中間層フィルム。
- 中間層フィルムが、部分フィルムの同時押出によって製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の中間層フィルム。
- 少なくとも1つの部分フィルムが、全体的または部分的に着色されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の中間層フィルム。
- 中間層フィルムを用いて製造された、ガラス2mm/中間層フィルム0.8mm/ガラス2mmからの試験体が、ISO/PAS 16940(施行 16.7.2002)に従ってモード1において、17.5〜22.5℃の温度範囲内で22%を上回る減衰値を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の中間層フィルム。
- 中間層フィルムを用いて製造された、ガラス2mm/中間層フィルム0.8mm/ガラス2mmからの試験体が、ISO/PAS 16940(施行 16.7.2002)に従ってモード1において、10℃で10%を上回る減衰値を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の中間層フィルム。
- 自動車領域中での、フロントガラスにおける、建築領域中での、ファサード構成材における、または光起電モジュールの製造のための、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の中間層フィルムの使用。
