Claims (2)
- 酸化精錬を施すための溶銑を収容した上吹き転炉または上底吹き転炉に対して、前記酸化精錬で使用する上吹きランスを前記転炉の上方に下記の(1)式の条件で配置し、該上吹きランスから、前記溶銑の酸化精錬に先立って転炉炉口面積1m2あたり40Nm3/分以上60Nm3/分以下の範囲内で酸素ガスを噴射して炉口の付着地金を溶解することを特徴とする、転炉炉口付着地金の溶解方法。

但し、(1)式において、hは、転炉炉口から上吹きランス先端までの鉛直方向上方への距離(m)、Dは、転炉炉口の内径(m)である。 - 前記上吹きランスから、前記条件での酸素ガスの噴射を6分間以上10分間以下の範囲で行うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の転炉炉口付着地金の溶解方法。
