Claims (17)
- 高温使用のための結晶化ガラスはんだであって、(酸化物ベースに対する質量%で)45%ないし60%のBaO、25%ないし40%のSiO2、5%ないし15%のB2O3、0%ないし<2%のAl2O3、並びに、MgO、CaOおよびSrOからなる群からの少なくとも1つのアルカリ土類金属酸化物を含有し、その際、CaOが0%ないし3%であり、アルカリ土類金属酸化物MgO、CaOおよびSrOの合計が0%超且つ20%以下であり、前記結晶化ガラスはんだはPbOを含まない、高温使用のための結晶化ガラスはんだ。
- アルカリ土類金属酸化物MgO、CaOおよびSrOの合計が、2%ないし15%である、請求項1記載の結晶化ガラスはんだ。
- SiO2とB2O3との合計が、(酸化物ベースに対する質量%で)30%ないし53%である、請求項1または2記載の結晶化ガラスはんだ。
- ガラス状態での熱膨張係数α(20-300),Gが、6・10-6K-1ないし11・10-6K-1であり、および/または結晶化状態でのα(20-300),Kが、8・10-6K-1ないし13・10-6K-1である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の結晶化ガラスはんだ。
- 付加的に、それぞれ(酸化物ベースに対する質量%で)0.5%までのV2O5および/またはSb2O3および/またはCoOを含有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の結晶化ガラスはんだ。
- 付加的に、(酸化物ベースに対する質量%で)5%までのZrO2を含有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の結晶化ガラスはんだ。
- SiO2のBaOに対するモル比が、2.5よりも小さい、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の結晶化ガラスはんだ。
- 半球温度が850℃ないし1080℃である、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の結晶化ガラスはんだ。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の結晶化ガラスはんだと、付加的に、(酸化物ベースに対する質量%で)35%までの結晶性の充填剤とを含む複合物。
- 結晶性の充填剤が、サンボーナイトおよび/または3YSZおよび/またはウォラストナイトおよび/またはエンスタタイトを含む、請求項9記載の複合物。
- 結晶相中での熱膨張係数α(20-750),Kが、9.5・10-6K-1ないし14.5・10-6K-1である、請求項9または10記載の複合物。
- 半球温度が850℃ないし1100℃である、請求項9から11までのいずれか1項記載の複合物。
- 結晶化プロセス前後での熱膨張係数α(20-300)における差が、2・10-6K-1よりも小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の結晶化ガラスはんだまたは複合物。
- 結晶化状態におけるアモルファス相の割合が、少なくとも10質量%である、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の結晶化ガラスはんだまたは複合物。
- 請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載の結晶化ガラスはんだまたは複合物を、殊に燃料電池用の高温ジョイント接合の製造のために用いる使用。
- 請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載の結晶化ガラスはんだまたは複合物を、高温耐性を有する焼結体中で用いる使用。
- 請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載の結晶化ガラスはんだまたは複合物を、高温耐性を有するシートの製造のために用いる使用。
