Description
16.0重量%のCr、1.5重量%のMo、1.5重量%のW、1重量%のV、0.5重量%のSi、1.5重量%のC、及び残部のFeの溶融体が水噴霧され、予備合金化された粉末を形成した。次に、得られた粉末は、1000℃で約48時間真空焼きなましされる。合計焼なまし時間は約60時間である。その後、粉末粒子は、フェライト・マトリックス中に、約10μmの平均粒子サイズのM23C6型の炭化物約20体積%と、平均粒子サイズ約3μmのM7C3型の炭化物約5体積%とを含んでいた。

Claims (20)
- 10重量%以上18重量%未満のCr、
Mo、W、V及びNbのうちの少なくとも1つを、それぞれ0.5重量%〜5重量%、
0.5重量%〜2重量%のC、および
0%〜2%のSiを含み、
残部がFeおよび不可避不純物からなる焼きなましされた予備合金化された水噴霧鉄基粉末において、
前記鉄基粉末が、10重量%未満のCrを含有するマトリックスを有し、前記鉄基粉末が、8μm〜45μmの平均サイズおよび1100〜1300マイクロビッカース硬さを有する大きい炭化クロム並びに8μm未満の平均サイズおよび1400〜1600マイクロビッカース硬さを有するより小さくより硬い炭化クロムを含む、鉄基粉末。 - Cが0.7重量%〜2重量%である請求項1に記載された鉄基粉末。
- Cが1重量%〜2重量%である請求項1に記載された鉄基粉末。
- 大きい炭化クロムの平均サイズが8μm〜30μmである、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載された鉄基粉末。
- 10体積%〜30体積%の大きい炭化クロムと、3体積%〜10体積%のより小さくより硬い炭化クロムとを含む、請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか一項に記載された鉄基粉末。
- 前記マトリックスがステンレスでない、請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載された鉄基粉末。
- 重量平均粒子サイズ40μm〜100μmを有する、請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか一項に記載された鉄基粉末。
- 12重量%以上18重量%未満のCr、1重量%〜3重量%のMo、1重量%〜3.5重量%のW、0.5重量%〜1.5重量%のV、0.2重量%〜1重量%のSi、1重量%〜2重量%のCを含み、残部がFeおよび不可避不純物からなる、請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか一項に記載された鉄基粉末。
- 12重量%以上15重量%未満のCr、1重量%〜2重量%のMo、2重量%〜3重量%のW、0.5重量%〜1.5重量%のV、0.2重量%〜1重量%のSi、1重量%〜2重量%のCを含み、残部がFeおよび不可避不純物からなる、請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか一項に記載された鉄基粉末。
- 14重量%以上18重量%未満のCr、1重量%〜2重量%のMo、1重量%〜2重量%のW、0.5重量%〜1.5重量%のV、0.2重量%〜1重量%のSi、1重量%〜2重量%のCを含み、残部がFeおよび不可避不純物からなるむ、請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか一項に記載された鉄基粉末。
- 前記大きい炭化クロムがM23C6型であり、ここでM=Cr、Fe、Mo、Wである、請求項1に記載された鉄基粉末。
- 前記より小さくより硬い炭化クロムがM7C3型であり、ここでM=Cr、Fe、Vである、請求項1に記載された鉄基粉末。
- 10重量%未満のCrを含有するマトリックスを有する鉄基粉末を製造する方法において、
鉄基粉末粒子を得るために、10重量%以上18重量%未満のCrと、Mo、W、V及びNbのうちの少なくとも1つをそれぞれ0.5重量%〜5重量%と、0.5重量%〜2重量%のCと、0%〜2%のSiとを含み、残部がFeおよび不可避不純物からなる鉄基溶融物を水噴霧するステップと、
前記粒子内に、8μm〜45μmの平均サイズおよび1100〜1300マイクロビッカース硬さを有する大きい炭化クロム並びに8μm未満の平均サイズおよび1400〜1600マイクロビッカース硬さを有するより小さくより硬い炭化クロムを得るのに十分な温度および十分な時間で、前記粉末粒子を焼きなましするステップとを含む、鉄基粉末を製造する方法。 - Cが0.7重量%〜2重量%である請求項13に記載された鉄基粉末を製造する方法。
- Cが1重量%〜2重量%である請求項13に記載された鉄基粉末を製造する方法。
- 少なくとも、請求項1に記載された鉄基粉末から製造される、プレス成型され焼結された部材。
- C含有量の一部が焼結時に合金化される、請求項16に記載されたプレス成型され焼結された部材。
- 前記プレス成型され焼結された部材が、
請求項1に記載された鉄基粉末と、
鉄基粉末、黒鉛、蒸発潤滑剤、固体潤滑剤、可削性向上剤のうちの少なくとも1つと
を含む粉末組成物から製造される、請求項16に記載されたプレス成型され焼結された部材。 - 前記プレス成型され焼結された部材が、弁座挿入体である、請求項16から請求項18までのいずれか一項に記載されたプレス成型され焼結された部材。
- 圧縮時に形成された逆になった弁の外形を有する面取りされた嵌合面を備える、請求項19に記載されたプレス成型され焼結された部材。
