Description
いくつかの実施例では、鉄基溶融体は、Crを15〜30重量%、Moを0.5〜5重量%及びCを1〜2重量%含有する。
Crが21.5重量%、Moが1.5重量%、Wが1.5重量%、Vが1重量%、Siが0.5重量%、Cが1.5重量%及び残部がFeの溶融体を水アトマイズして予備合金化粉末を形成した。次いで、得られた粉末を1000℃で約48時間真空焼鈍し、合計焼鈍時間は約60時間とした。焼鈍後、粉末粒子は、フェライトマトリックス中に約10μmの平均粒度の炭化クロムを約30容量%含んでいた。

Claims (14)
- 焼鈍され、予備合金化された水アトマイズ鉄基粉末において、該水アトマイズ鉄基粉末が、
Crを15〜30重量%、
Mo、W及びVのうちの少なくとも1種をそれぞれ0.5〜5重量%、
Cを0.5〜2重量%、並びに
残部の鉄及び不可避不純物を含み、
前記水アトマイズ鉄基粉末のマトリックスが、10重量%未満のCrを含有し、10μmの平均サイズを有するクロム炭化物を含む、水アトマイズ鉄基粉末。 - Crを18〜25重量%含有する、請求項1に記載された水アトマイズ鉄基粉末。
- Crを15〜30重量%、
Moを0.5〜5重量%、及び
Cを1〜2重量%含有する、請求項1に記載された水アトマイズ鉄基粉末。 - 炭化物を20〜40体積%含む、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載された水アトマイズ鉄基粉末。
- 前記マトリックスがステンレスではない、請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載された水アトマイズ鉄基粉末。
- 前記水アトマイズ鉄基粉末が、0〜2%のSiをさらに含有する、請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか1項に記載された水アトマイズ鉄基粉末。
- 40〜100μmの重量平均粒径を有する、請求項1から請求項6までのいずれか1項に記載された水アトマイズ鉄基粉末。
- 20〜25重量%のCrと、1〜2重量%のMoと、1〜2重量%のWと、0.5〜1.5重量%のVと、0.2〜1重量%のSiと、1〜2重量%のCと、残部の鉄とから成る、請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか1項に記載された水アトマイズ鉄基粉末。
- 19〜23重量%のCrと、1〜2重量%のMoと、1.5〜3.5重量%のWと、0.5〜1.5重量%のVと、0.2〜1重量%のSiと、1〜2重量%のCと、残部の鉄とから成る、請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか1項に記載された水アトマイズ鉄基粉末。
- 20〜25重量%のCrと、2〜4重量%のMoと、1〜2重量%のCと、残部の鉄とから成る、請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか1項に記載された水アトマイズ鉄基粉末。
- Crを15〜30重量%、Mo、W及びVのうちの少なくとも1種をそれぞれ0.5〜5重量%、Cを0.5〜2重量%、並びに残部の鉄及び不可避不純物を含む鉄基溶融体を、鉄基粉末粒子を得るために水アトマイズ処理を施す段階と、
10重量%未満のCrを含有し、10μmの平均サイズを有するクロム炭化物を含むマトリックスを形成するために十分な温度および時間で、前記鉄基粉末粒子を焼鈍する段階と
を含む、鉄基粉末の製造方法。 - 前記鉄基溶融体が18〜25重量%のCrを含有する、請求項11に記載された鉄基粉末の製造方法。
- 前記鉄基溶融体が、15〜30重量%のCr、0.5〜5重量%のMo、及び1〜2重量%のCを含有する、請求項11に記載された鉄基粉末の製造方法。
- 前記鉄基溶融体が、0〜2%のSiをさらに含有する、請求項11から請求項13までのいずれか1項に記載された鉄基粉末の製造方法。
