Claims (2)
- 分配された高周波入力信号が供給される第1および第2伝送線路と、
前記第1伝送線路に直列に接続され、被増幅信号として導出される第3伝送線路と、
前記第2伝送線路に直列に接続され、被増幅信号として導出される第4伝送線路と、
前記第1伝送線路と前記第3伝送線路間に一方が接続された前記入力信号のλ/8〜λ/16に相当する長さの第1スタブと、
前記第2伝送線路と前記第4伝送線路間に一方が接続された前記入力信号のλ/8〜λ/16に相当する長さの第2スタブと、
前記第1および第2のスタブとの間に介挿接続された発振抑制用抵抗と、を具備したことを特徴とする高周波処理回路。 - 前記スタブに同特性インピーダンスのスタブを並列的に接続したことを特徴する請求項1記載の高周波処理回路。
