Claims (1)
- バックライトユニット用の発泡性の反射基材の製造方法であって、
基材を発泡させる工程と、延伸度1.1〜1.8で延伸するとともに圧縮度0.6〜0.8で圧縮させる工程とを具備し、
得られた基材の幅方向の複数点を測定して表面凹凸情報を得て、
得られた表面凹凸情報をフーリエ変換して周波数と強度との関係を取得し、
測定点数をN点としたとき、波長128mm以下に対応する周波数に対する強度が、すべて0.6N/128以下であるものを合格と判定することを特徴とする反射基材の製造方法。
