Description
Claims (5)
- 上面を含む本体であって、これを通って延在する通路を画成する本体と、
この本体の前記上面に位置して当該本体と連通し、該本体を通って延在する前記通路を少なくとも実質的に封止する単一の円板状隔壁と、
この円板状隔壁を支持し、当該隔壁が前記本体から離れた方向に開いて封止しなくなるのを阻止する複数の硬質部材と
を具え、前記複数の硬質部材のそれぞれは、上部アームと、支点部と、この支点部から下方に延在する下部アームとを有し、これら硬質部材のそれぞれは、前記上部アームを前記円板状隔壁の上面に付勢すると同時に前記支点部を前記本体の外周面に付勢するばね力を内包し、前記下部アームが前記本体の外周面に近付くように前記下部アームに力を加えることで、前記上部アームを前記本体と離れた方向に移動させることができるようになっていることを特徴とする血管アクセス器具。 - 前記隔壁がスリットを含み、この隔壁は、当該隔壁の前記スリットの下部に形成されたダッグビル部を有するほぼ平坦な円板状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の血管アクセス器具。
- 本体を通って延在する通路を画成する前記本体を用意することと、
単一の円板状隔壁を用意することと、
前記隔壁の少なくとも一部を前記本体と連通状態に配することと、
前記本体を通って延在する前記通路を前記隔壁にて少なくとも実質的に封止することと、
前記隔壁と連通する複数の硬質部材を用意することと、
前記複数の硬質部材のそれぞれを前記本体に係止させることと、
前記隔壁を前記複数の硬質部材にて支持することと、
前記隔壁が封止されるように前記隔壁が前記本体から離れた方向に開くのを阻止することと
を具え、前記複数の硬質部材のそれぞれは、上部アームと、支点部と、この支点部から下方に延在する下部アームとを有し、これら硬質部材のそれぞれは、前記上部アームを前記円板状隔壁の上面に付勢すると同時に前記支点部を前記本体の外周面に付勢するばね力を内包し、前記下部アームが前記本体の外周面に近付くように前記下部アームに力を加えることで、前記上部アームを前記本体と離れた方向に移動させることができるようになっていることを特徴とする血管アクセス器具を製造する方法。 - 前記隔壁を抗菌性物質で被覆することをさらに具えた請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記本体が患者の脈管系および少なくとも1つの付加的医療器具に選択的に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の血管アクセス器具。
