Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 本体であって、これを通って延在する管状空隙を画成する本体と、
この本体と連通し、当該本体を通って延在する前記管状空隙を少なくとも実質的に封止する単一の円板状隔壁と、
この円板状隔壁を支持する硬質部材と
を具えたことを特徴とする血管アクセス器具。 - 前記硬質部材は前記隔壁を支持し、前記隔壁が封止されなくなるのを阻止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の血管アクセス器具。
- 前記硬質部材は前記隔壁を支持し、前記隔壁が前記本体から離れた方向に開くのを阻止することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の血管アクセス器具。
- 前記隔壁がスリットを含み、この隔壁は、当該隔壁の前記スリットの下部に形成されたダッグビル部を有するほぼ平坦な円板状であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の血管アクセス器具。
- 前記本体が上面を含み、前記隔壁がこの本体の前記上面に位置していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載に記載の血管アクセス器具。
- 前記硬質部材が前記本体に固定可能なキャップであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の血管アクセス器具。
- キャップが起動時に開くことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の血管アクセス器具。
- 前記キャップは前記本体に固定された2本のアームを含み、そして閉止位置に向けて付勢されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の血管アクセス器具。
- 前記硬質部材が前記隔壁を取り囲むリングであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の血管アクセス器具。
- 前記硬質部材が前記本体であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の血管アクセス器具。
- 本体を通って延在する通路を画成する前記本体を用意することと、
単一の円板状隔壁を用意することと、
前記隔壁の少なくとも一部を前記本体と連通状態に配することと、
前記本体を通って延在する前記通路を前記隔壁にて少なくとも実質的に封止することと、
前記隔壁と連通する硬質部材を用意することと、
前記隔壁を前記硬質部材にて支持することと
を具えたことを特徴とする血管アクセス器具を製造する方法。 - 前記硬質部材を前記本体に固定することをさらに具えた請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記隔壁を抗菌性物質で被覆することをさらに具えた請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記硬質部材を前記本体に蝶番式に取り付けることをさらに具えた請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記隔壁が封止されるようにしたことをさらに具えた請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記隔壁が前記本体から離れた方向に開くのを阻止することをさらに具えた請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記隔壁を前記硬質部材で取り囲むことをさらに具えた請求項11に記載の方法。
- 患者の脈管系および少なくとも1つの付加的医療器具に選択的に結合される本体手段であって、この本体手段を通って延在する通路を有する本体手段と、
この本体を通る前記通路を選択的かつ少なくとも実質的に封止するためのスリットを含む封止手段と、
この封止手段を支持するための手段と
を具えたことを特徴とする血管アクセス器具。 - 前記支持手段が前記封止手段と取り外し可能な連通状態にあることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の血管アクセス器具。
- 前記支持手段が前記封止手段を取り囲むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の血管アクセス器具。
