Description
Claims (8)
- 本体であって、該本体を通して延在する空腔を画成している本体と、
該本体に少なくとも部分的に配置され、本体を通して延在する空腔を少なくとも実質的にシールする隔壁と、を備え、
該隔壁は長手方向の軸線を有し、
該隔壁は、該隔壁を通る選択的な通路を提供すべく適合されたスリットであって、医療器具の先端部が挿入されるスリットを有し、
該スリットは、スリットの第1の端部とスリットの第2の端部との間にスリット幅を有し、
該スリット幅は、長手方向の軸線に直角に延在しており、そして
該隔壁は、前記本体の端部上端部に底面が静止される頂部ディスクを含み、
該頂部ディスクは、前記長手方向の軸線を中心とする中心の材料の領域とその周りを取り巻いている材料の領域を含み、前記スリットの両端部の近くの材料の領域と前記中心の材料の領域は、前記底面と反対の頂面において前記本体側にへこんでおり、もって、残部の取り巻いている材料の領域よりも薄い厚さを有し、これによりスリットの近くで裂けることに抵抗する構造をもたらしていることを特徴とする脈管アクセス器具。 - 該頂部ディスクの中のスリットの少なくとも一部は、少なくとも1つの緩和切れ目を有することを特徴とする請求項1の脈管アクセス器具。
- 該少なくとも1つの緩和切れ目は、スリット幅と一線にあることを特徴とする請求項2の脈管アクセス器具。
- 該少なくとも1つの緩和切れ目の少なくとも一部は、スリット幅に直交していることを特徴とする請求項2の脈管アクセス器具。
- 第1のスリット端部及び第2のスリット端部の各々は、該頂部ディスクの中の穴で終わっていることを特徴とする請求項1の脈管アクセス器具。
- 第1のスリット端部及び第2のスリット端部の各々は、別個の脈管アクセス器具が該隔壁にアクセスするときに回転する方向と反対の方向に進んでいることを特徴とする請求項1の脈管アクセス器具。
- 第1の本体端部領域及び第2の本体端部領域を有して、そして該両本体端部領域を通って延在する通路を画成している本体を用意すること、
隔壁であって、第1の隔壁端部領域及び第2の隔壁端部領域を含み、該第1の隔壁端部領域から該第2の隔壁端部領域まで延在しているスリットであって、医療器具の先端部が挿入されるスリットをさらに含み、そして
該隔壁は長手方向の軸線を有し、
該スリットはスリットの第1の端部とスリットの第2の端部との間にスリット幅を有し、
該スリット幅は長手方向の軸線に直角に延在しており、そして
該隔壁が前記本体の端部上端部に底面が静止される頂部ディスクを含み、
該頂部ディスクは、前記長手方向の軸線を中心とする中心の材料の領域とその周りを取り巻いている材料の領域を含み、前記スリットの両端部の近くの材料の領域と前記中心の材料の領域は、前記底面と反対の頂面において前記本体側にへこんでおり、もって、残部の取り巻いている材料の領域よりも薄い厚さを有し、これによりスリットの近くで裂けることに抵抗する構造をもたらしている隔壁を用意すること、及び
該本体を通って延在する通路を少なくとも実質的にシールすべく、隔壁のスリットが隔壁と本体を通る選択的な通路をもたらすべく適合されている、該隔壁の少なくとも一部を該本体内に配置すること、
を備えることを特徴とする脈管アクセス器具を生産する方法。 - 該頂部ディスクの中で該スリットの少なくとも一部に連絡する少なくとも1つの緩和構成を与えることによって、第1のスリット端部と第2のスリット端部における応力を緩和することをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項7の方法。
