Claims (7)
- 合成繊維のメルトブロー用の装置であって、ノズル支持体(1)の下面に保持されている縦長のノズルセット(2)と、前記ノズル支持体(1)の互いに対向する長手方向側面(5.1,5.2)に延在する2つの縦長の空気管(6.1,6.2)と、前記ノズル支持体(1)内に互いに対向して形成される、プロセス空気を前記ノズルセット(2)に供給する2つの空気通路系統(10.1,10.2)と、前記ノズル支持体(1)の両長手方向側面(5.1,5.2)に固定されており、前記空気管(6.1,6.2)を前記空気通路系統(10.1,10.2)に、プロセス空気を分配するために互いに接続する2つの空気分配装置(7.1,7.2)とを備える形式のものにおいて、
前記空気分配装置(7.1,7.2)が、前記ノズル支持体(1)の長手方向側面(5.1,5.2)に分配配置される複数の分配セグメント(8.1〜8.5/9.1〜9.5)により、隣接する分配セグメント(8.1〜8.2/9.1〜9.5)間にそれぞれ1つの膨張代(20)を備えて形成されていることを特徴とする、合成繊維のメルトブロー用の装置。 - 各々の分配セグメントが、前記ノズル支持体(1)に固定される分配ブロック(8.1〜8.5)と、前記空気管(6.1,6.2)に接続される供給管路(9.1〜9.5)とから形成されている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記供給管路(9.1〜9.5)がそれぞれ、前記空気管(6.1,6.2)と前記分配器ブロック(8.1,8.5)との間の一区分で可撓に形成されている、請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記分配器ブロック(8.1〜8.5)が、前記ノズル支持体(1)の長手方向側面(5.1,5.2)でそれぞれ別個の分配チャンバ(16)を形成し、該分配チャンバ(16)に、同時に前記空気通路系統(10.1,10.2)の複数の空気通路(11)が接続されている、請求項2又は3記載の装置。
- 前記ノズル支持体(1)及び前記分配ブロック(8.1,8.5)が、それぞれ異なる材料から形成されている、請求項2から4までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記分配セグメント(8.1〜8.5/9.1〜9.5)の個数及び構造が、前記ノズル支持体(1)の両長手方向側面(5.1,5.2)において同一に形成されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記ノズルセット(2)及び前記空気分配装置(7.1)の前記分配セグメント(8.1〜8.5/9.2〜9.5)を収容するための前記ノズル支持体(1)が、1500mmを超える全長を有する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
