Claims (7)
- 압출 블로우 성형기용 다중 압출 헤드(1)이며, 상기 다중 압출 헤드는,- 제1열에서 제1 평면(3)을 형성하며 나란히 위치 고정되어 배치된 복수의 제1 압출 헤드(2)와,- 제2열에서 제1 평면(3)에 대해 평행한 제2 평면(5)을 형성하며 나란히 위치 고정되어 배치된 복수의 제2 압출 헤드(4)와,- 제1 평면(3)에 상응하는 평면에 배치된 제1 분배 채널(7)들을 갖고 각각의 제1 분배 채널은 제1 압출 헤드(2)와 연결되고 모두 공동의 제1 재료 입구(9)를 포함하는 제1 분배 장치(6, 6a)와,- 제2 평면(5)에 상응하는 평면에 배치된 제2 분배 채널(10)들을 갖고 각각의 제2 분배 채널은 제2 압출 헤드(4)와 연결되고 모두 공동의 제2 재료 입구(12)를 포함하는 제2 분배 장치(6, 6b)를 포함하며, 제1 분배 장치(6a)는 제1 평면(3)의 영역 내에서, 제2 분배 장치(6b)는 제2 평면의 영역(5) 내에서 분리되며, 그리고- 제1 평면(3) 및 제2 평면(5)에 대해 수직으로 연장되는 제3 평면(16)에 배치된 제3 분배 채널(18)을 갖는 제3 분배 장치(15)를 포함하며, 두 개의 제3 분배 채널(18)은 제3 재료 입구(20)로부터 시작되고, 두 개의 제3 분배 채널 (17) 중 하나는 제1 재료 입구(9)에 연결되고, 두 개의 제3 분배 채널(17) 중 다른 하나는 제2 재료 입구(12)에 연결되고, 제3 분배 장치(15)는 제3 평면(16) 내에서 분리되는 압출 블로우 성형기용 다중 압출 헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제3 재료 입구(20)는 압출기에 대해 연결부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 블로우 성형기용 다중 압출 헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 분배 채널(7) 및 제2 분배 채널(10)은 각각 쌍을 이루어 메인 채널(7a, 10a)로 결합되고 제1 메인 채널(7a, 10a)은 각각 제1 재료 입구(9) 또는 제2 재료 입구(12)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 블로우 성형기용 다중 압출 헤드.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각 제1 평면(3) 및 제2 평면(5)에 네 개 이상의 압출 헤드(2, 4)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 블로우 성형기용 다중 압출 헤드.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 평면(3) 및 제2 평면(5)에 대해 분배 장치들을 갖는 압출 헤드들이 배치된 적어도 하나의 다른 평행한 평면이 형성되고, 분배 장치들은 각각 분배 채널 및 재료 입구를 포함하고, 재료 입구는 제1 분배 장치와 일치하게 형성되고 각각의 다른 평면 내에서 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 블로우 성형기용 다중 압출 헤드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모두 함께 또는 그룹으로 함께 결합된, 서로 평행한 평면에서 분리된 제1 분배 장치(6a) 및 제2 분배 장치(6b) 뿐만 아니라 추가 분배 장치가 하나의 유닛을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 블로우 성형기용 다중 압출 헤드.
- 제5항에 있어서, 모두 함께 또는 그룹으로 함께 결합된, 서로 평행한 평면에서 분리된 제1 분배 장치(6a) 및 제2 분배 장치(6b) 뿐만 아니라 추가 분배 장치가 하나의 유닛을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압출 블로우 성형기용 다중 압출 헤드.
