Description
従来のトリータオーブンは、熱交換機からの加熱空気をトリータオーブンの上部空気流入部までは単一パイプを通して空気供給部に供給し、流入した加熱空気を空気供給部から一対の入口が形成された空気分配吐出部に分岐させて、織物の移動管路に流入させる方法を使った。

Claims (1)
- プリプレグを乾燥させるためのトリータオーブンにおいて、
その内部を通して、プリプレグが移動できるように形成された移動管路;
前記移動管路の一側に結合されて前記移動管路に加熱空気を供給する第1構造物;及び
前記移動管路の他側に結合されて前記移動管路から加熱空気を排出する第2構造物を含み、
前記第1構造物は、
熱交換機と単一パイプを通して連結されて、加熱空気を供給する空気供給部;
前記空気供給部と連結され、前記空気供給部から供給される加熱空気を一対の吐出口を通して、前記プリプレグの両側に分配吐出する空気分配吐出部;
前記空気供給部と連結される前記空気分配吐出部の入口に形成される一対の第1多孔板;
前記第1多孔板と所定距離離隔して前記空気分配吐出部の空気流路に形成される第2多孔板;及び
前記第2多孔板と所定距離離隔して前記空気分配吐出部の出口に形成される第3多孔板
を含み、
前記空気供給部は、前記空気供給部に連結された前記単一パイプから提供された前記加熱空気を受容できるように前記単一パイプより拡張された大きさを有し、
前記空気供給部の内部では前記加熱空気の分岐は発生せず、
前記分岐は一対の前記第1多孔板によって発生して、前記加熱空気の量が前記空気流路にそれぞれ50%ずつ案分されることを特徴とするトリータオーブン。
