- 삭제
- 전기발열체에 의해 가열되어 전기에너지를 원적외선으로 변환시키는 원적외선 변환체와 이 원적외선 변환체 주위에 배치된 반사경을 구비하는 하나 이상의 원적외선 이용 건조유니트; 상기 하나 이상의 원적외선 이용 건조유니트를 지지하기 위한 지지프레임; 및 이 지지프레임을 이동시키기 위한 이동장치를 포함하여 이루어진 원적외선 방사 건조장치에 있어서,상기 원적외선 이용 건조유니트의 반사경(32, 44, 54)은 오목하게 원적외선 변환체를 둘러싸면서 피건조물을 향해 원적외선을 반사시키도록 되어 있고, 대류에 의한 열손실을 막고 가열공기층을 형성할 수 있도록 반사경에서 수직하방으로 이어진 부분인 연장된 반사경(32a, 44a, 54a)을 구비하고,상기 지지프레임에 아래로 향해 설치되어 상하로 이동함에 의해 방사된 원적외선의 조사거리와 방향을 조절하여 피건조물에 원적외선을 골고루 조사시키기 위해 섬유층에 전자파를 반사하는 금속층이 도포된 하나 이상의 웨이브가이드가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 원적외선 방사 건조장치.

- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지지프레임에는 단열층이 형성되어 있는 원적외선 방사 건조장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 원적외선 이용 건조유니트는 건조장치의 양단부에서 수직으로 이어지는 지지프레임에 고정되는 원적외선 방사 건조장치.
- 삭제
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 원적외선 이용 건조유니트의 원적외선 방사구에 도어나 에어커튼과 같은 차단장치가 구비되어 있는 원적외선 방사 건조장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 웨이브가이드는 금속이 진공증착된 섬유 또는 금속박판이 단면 또는 양면에 접합된 섬유로 이루어지고, 원적외선 방사 건조장치에 사용되어 방사된 원적외선의 분산을 막고 원적외선을 원거리로 유도할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 원적외선 방사 건조장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 금속은 은, 구리, 또는 알루미늄과 같은 전자파 반사 효율이 높은 금속이며, 상기 금속박판은 은, 구리, 알루미늄, 또는 스테인레스강 중에서 선택된 금속의 박판인인 것을 특징으로 하는 웨이브가이드.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 면, 마, 레이온, 아세테이트, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 아크릴, 폴리우레탄, 카본섬유, 글라스 화이바, 테플론, 및 부직포 중에서 선택된 섬유를 필요에 따라 방염처리한 것을 특징으로 하는 웨이브가이드.
- 제 8항 또는 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 섬유의 보강을 위하여 이 섬유의 인장강도보다 높은 인장강도를 갖는 섬유 또는 피혁으로 이루어진 밴드가 추가로 부착된 웨이브가이드.
- 제 8항 또는 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 웨이브가이드의 상단 또는 하단에 웨이브가이드를 와인딩하기 위해 모터와 롤러를 포함하는 와인딩 장치를 추가로 구비하고 있는 웨이브가이드.
