Claims (24)
- 外殻と、
前記外殻の中にあって、試料標本を移転する移転器具の少なくとも一部の通過を可能にするアクセス口と、
前記移転器具の前記少なくとも一部の挿入前に前記試料標本が前記アクセス口を介して移転するのを防止するために、前記アクセス口を横切って配置される下部脆弱層と、
前記移転器具の前記少なくとも一部が前記下部脆弱層を挿通した後に前記試料標本が前記アクセス口を介して移転するのを防止するために、前記アクセス口を横切って配置される1つまたは複数の上部脆弱層と、
前記下部脆弱層と前記1つまたは複数の上部脆弱層との間にある1つまたは複数の延長部とを備え、
前記1つまたは複数の延長部は、前記移転器具からの圧力が掛かると移動して前記下部脆弱層を突き刺し、
前記外殻は、前記下部脆弱層を前記外殻の内部に固定するための周囲溝を有することを特徴とする突き刺し可能な蓋。 - 前記下部脆弱層は、前記1つまたは複数の延長部に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記1つまたは複数の上部脆弱層は、前記下部脆弱層の突破中に移転器具の円錐形先端に接触することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記1つまたは複数の上部脆弱層は通気されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記1つまたは複数の上部脆弱層は周囲で通気されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記上部脆弱層および前記下部脆弱層は箔であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記上部脆弱層および前記下部脆弱層は、同じ材料から作製されかつ同じ寸法を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記上部脆弱層は、予形成される刻み目をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記下部脆弱層は、予形成される刻み目をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記アクセス口の内部にかつ前記外殻の最上部と前記1つまたは複数の延長部との間に外側後退部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記1つまたは複数の上部脆弱層は、前記外殻の前記最上部からずらされることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記1つまたは複数の上部脆弱層は、前記外殻の最上部と面一であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記下部脆弱層を前記外殻の内部に固定し、かつ前記突き刺し可能な蓋と容器との間に封止体を創出するためのガスケットをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記1つまたは複数の延長部の前記移動は、空気が前記アクセス口を通って移動することを可能にするための空気路を創出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記1つまたは複数の上部脆弱層は周囲で通気され、前記アクセス口を通って移動する前記空気のための迷路状の経路を創出することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の装置。
- 外殻と、
前記外殻を貫通するアクセス口と、
前記アクセス口を横切って配置される下部脆弱層と、
前記アクセス口を横切って配置される上部脆弱層と、
前記下部脆弱層と前記上部脆弱層との間にあって1つまたは複数の結合領域によって前記アクセス口の壁に結合される1つまたは複数の延長部とを備え、
前記外殻は、前記下部脆弱層を前記外殻の内部に固定するための周囲溝を有することを特徴とする突き刺し可能な蓋。 - 前記下部脆弱層は前記1つまたは複数の延長部に結合されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記1つまたは複数の上部脆弱層は、前記下部脆弱層の突破中に移転器具の円錐形先端に接触することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記1つまたは複数の上部脆弱層は通気されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記1つまたは複数の上部脆弱層は周囲で通気されることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の装置。
- 前記1つまたは複数の上部脆弱層は、前記外殻の最上部からずらされることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記1つまたは複数の上部脆弱層は、前記外殻の最上部と面一であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の装置。
- 外殻と、前記外殻を貫通するアクセス口と、前記アクセス口を横切って配置される下部脆弱層と、前記アクセス口を横切って配置される上部脆弱層と、前記下部脆弱層と前記上部脆弱層との間にあって1つまたは複数の結合領域によって前記アクセス口の壁に結合される1つまたは複数の延長部とを備える突き刺し可能な蓋を設ける段階と、
移転器具を前記アクセス口の中へ挿入する段階と、
前記1つまたは複数の上部脆弱層を突破するために前記1つまたは複数の上部脆弱層に圧力を掛ける段階と、
前記下部脆弱層に接触しかつ前記下部脆弱層を突破するために前記1つまたは複数の結合領域周りに回転する前記1つまたは複数の延長部に前記移転器具で圧力を掛ける段階と、
前記移転器具を前記アクセス口にさらに挿通する段階とを含み、
前記外殻は、前記下部脆弱層を前記外殻の内部に固定するための周囲溝を有することを特徴とする蓋を突き刺す方法。 - 前記移転器具の先端は、前記下部脆弱層の突破中に前記1つまたは複数の上部脆弱層に接触することを特徴とする請求項23に記載の方法。
