Claims (4)
- 血管径を測定する血管径測定部と、
血管の壁厚を測定する血管壁厚測定部と、
血管の阻血解除後において、前記血管径測定部によって連続的に測定される前記血管径の拡張量を前記血管壁厚測定部によって測定される壁厚で割った値を、血管機能を診断する機能指標値として出力する血管機能指標値算出部と、を備えることを特徴とする血管機能検査装置。 - 前記血管機能指標値算出部は、前記壁厚を前記血管径で割った器質指標値をさらに算出し、
前記機能指標値と前記器質指標値との関係に基づいて前記血管機能が診断されるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1の血管機能検査装置。 - 前記血管機能指標値算出部は、前記機能指標値を前記器質指標値で割った値をさらに機能・器質指標値として算出し、
該機能・器質指標値に基づいて前記血管機能が診断されるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1の血管機能検査装置。 - ずり応力を算出するずり応力算出部を備え、
前記各指標値が該ずり応力で標準化されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つの血管機能検査装置。
