Claims (11)
- 生体の一部内に位置する管腔体を評価するための生体内管腔体評価装置であって、
表示器と、
前記生体の一部を収容した状態で、負圧から正圧までの圧力範囲で内圧を変化させることが可能な圧力容器と、
該圧力容器内に収容された生体の一部内の管腔体の断面形状値を非侵襲で測定する管腔体の断面形状測定装置と、
前記負圧から正圧までの圧力範囲での前記圧力容器の内圧の変化と該圧力容器の内圧の変化に対応して変化する前記管腔体の断面形状の変化とを、前記表示器に表示させる表示制御手段と
を、含むことを特徴とする生体内管腔体評価装置。 - 前記表示制御手段は、少なくとも前記断面形状値と前記圧力容器内の圧力値とを変数とする多次元座標内において、前記圧力容器の内圧の変化と該圧力容器の内圧の変化に対応して変化する前記管腔体の断面形状の変化とを示す複数の点を、前記表示器に連続的に表示させることを特徴とする請求項1の生体内管腔体評価装置。
- 前記表示制御手段は、前記圧力容器の内圧と前記管腔体の断面形状値とを、時間軸に沿って連続的に表示させることを特徴とする請求項1または2の生体内管腔体評価装置。
- 前記圧力容器の内圧を、予め設定された負の圧力である最低圧力値と予め前記生体の収縮期血圧以上に設定された正の圧力である最高圧力値との間で変化させる圧力制御手段を、含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかの生体内管腔体評価装置。
- 前記断面形状測定装置は、前記生体の一部内の超音波反射信号から、前記管腔体の径、管壁の厚み、周長、断面積のうちの少なくとも1つを測定することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかの生体内管腔体評価装置。
- 生体の一部内に位置する管腔体を評価するための生体内管腔体評価装置であって、
前記生体の一部を収容した状態で、負圧から正圧までの圧力範囲で内圧を変化させることが可能な圧力容器と、
該圧力容器内に収容された生体の一部内の管腔体の断面形状を非侵襲で測定する管腔体の断面形状測定装置と、
前記負圧から正圧までの圧力範囲での前記圧力容器の内圧の変化に対応して変化する前記管腔体の断面形状の変化に基づいて、該管腔体の力学的性質を示す評価値を算出する評価値算出手段と、
該評価値算出手段により算出された前記管腔体の力学的性質を示す評価値を出力する出力手段と
を、含むことを特徴とする生体内管腔体評価装置。 - 前記評価値算出手段は、前記管腔体の力学的性質を示す評価値として、前記圧力容器の内圧の変化に対応して変化する前記管腔体の断面形状の変化に基づいて、前記管腔体の柔軟性を示す評価値および/または前記管腔体の収縮能を示す評価値を算出することを特徴とする請求項6の生体内管腔体評価装置。
- 前記管腔体の柔軟性を示す評価値は、スティフネス・パラメータβ、圧力−歪み弾性係数Ep 、動脈径変化率AS、コンプライアンスDC、コンプライアンスCC、および増分弾性係数Einc の少なくとも1つであり、
前記管腔体の収縮能を示す評価値は、血管壁収縮率SR、血管壁収縮時定数τの少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項7の生体内管腔体評価装置。 - 前記評価値算出手段は、前記管腔体の力学的性質を示す評価値として、経壁圧力の変化範囲のうちの予め設定された高圧領域において得られた前記管腔体の力学的性質を示す値と前記経壁圧力の変化範囲のうちの予め設定された低圧領域において得られた前記管腔体の力学的性質を示す値との比を算出することを特徴とする請求項6乃至8のいずれかの生体内管腔体評価装置。
- 前記評価値算出手段は、前記管腔体の力学的性質を示す評価値として、前記圧力容器を予め設定された減圧値だけ減圧したときの前記管腔体の断面形状値の増加値と前記圧力容器を予め設定された増圧値だけ増圧したときの前記管腔体の断面形状値の減少値との比を算出することを特徴とする請求項6の生体内管腔体評価装置。
- 前記断面形状測定装置は、前記生体の一部内の超音波反射信号から、前記管腔体の径、管壁の厚み、周長、断面積のうちの少なくとも1つを測定することを特徴とする請求項6乃至10のいずれかの生体内管腔体評価装置。
