Description
1)異方性導電ステッカーは、積層化でITO層を損傷する可能性のある不揃いの形状の大きな金属微粒子を含む。共通コンタクト・ステッカーは、共通コンタクト領域上に不揃いの形状の金属微粒子を含む。これは、不安定な電気的接触につながる可能性があり、微粒子は隣接層を損傷する可能性がある。
2)高さの違いと非貼付領域とが導電テープ端における座屈を誘導する可能性があるので、コンタクト・ステッカーは正確或いはほぼ正確に共通コンタクト部に適合すべきである。共通コンタクト、ステッカー及び周辺領域の高さの違いが図1Aと1Bとで明確にわかる。図1Aと1Bとにより、共通コンタクト領域(長円形)と共通コンタクト・ステッカー(共通コンタクト領域上の長方形)との間の大きさの不一致に関する2つの典型例がわかる。また、図1Aと1Bとにより、不揃いの形状の大きな金属微粒子がわかることにも留意したい。
3)ステッカーを適用する現在のプロセスは手作業であるため高価となる。
Claims (2)
- 機械的圧力を受ける、互いに対向する第1の面及び第2の面と、
前記第1の面と前記第2の面の共通コンタクト領域に対応して前記第1の面と前記第2の面の電気的接続をもたらすように構成された電気的接続部とを備え、
前記電気的接続部は、前記第1の面と前記第2の面との間に電気経路をもたらすように、前記第1の面に形成された窪みに与えられる硬化性液体を含む凝固形状の液状導電体を含み、
前記第1の面および前記第2の面をロールにより巻き出し方向に進めて積層を行うときに、前記窪みが前記第1の面と前記第2の面との積層化の際に前記液状導電体の損傷を減少するように選択された長さと幅寸法を有することを特徴とする、電子装置。 - 前記窪みが前記ロールの巻き出し方向に垂直な長さ寸法を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
