Description
Claims (13)
- ターボ過給式の内燃機関に空気供給するための圧縮空気系であって、
コンプレッサ(1)が設けられており、該コンプレッサ(1)は、第1の管路(20)を介して、圧縮空気吸込モジュール(9)に空気供給するための貯蔵容器(7)と接続されており、
コンプレッサ(1)は、第2の管路(21)を介して、空気乾燥機と、圧縮空気作動式の消費器のための圧力容器(11,12,13,14)に空気供給するための圧力調整器とを備えた圧縮空気供給装置(10)に接続されている、圧縮空気系において、
前記貯蔵容器(7)を充填するための前記第1の管路(20)が、空気の流れ方向にみて、圧縮空気供給装置(10)の上流側で前記第2の管路(21)に分岐していることを特徴とする、圧縮空気系。 - 前記第2の管路(21)に、少なくとも1つの切換可能な弁(15)が設けられており、圧縮空気作動式の消費器のための圧力容器(11,12,13,14)が十分に充填されると、圧縮空気供給が遮断されるようになっている、請求項1記載の圧縮空気系。
- 前記第1の管路(20)に、逆止弁(4)が設けられている、請求項1または2記載の圧縮空気系。
- 逆止弁(4)または別の弁(5)の下流側で前記第1の管路(20)に最大圧力が達成されると、第1の制御信号が形成され、前記第2の管路(21)に所定の最大圧力が達成されると、第2の信号が形成される、請求項3記載の圧縮空気系。
- 論理的な切換装置(3)が設けられており、該切換装置(3)は、第1および第2の信号が存在する場合に、第3の信号を形成する、請求項4記載の圧縮空気系。
- 制御信号は、空気圧として形成される、請求項4または5記載の圧縮空気系。
- 制御信号は、電気信号である、請求項4または5記載の圧縮空気系。
- 切換可能な排気弁(2)が、コンプレッサ(1)の搬送管路(22)に配置されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の圧縮空気系。
- 切換可能な排気弁(2)は、第1の管路(20)と第2の管路(21)とに分岐する分岐点の上流側に設けられている、請求項8記載の圧縮空気系。
- 弁(16)または継手(17)が設けられており、該弁(16)または継手(17)によって、コンプレッサ(1)は、第3の制御信号が形成されると遮断されるようになっている、請求項5から9までのいずれか1項記載の圧縮空気系。
- 前記第1の管路(20)に、弁(5)が配置されており、該弁(5)は、所定の圧力に到達すると、貯蔵容器(7)への搬送を中断する、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の圧縮空気系。
- 前記第1の管路(20)に、オーバーフロー弁(6)が設けられており、該オーバーフロー弁(6)は、少なくとも幾つかの、圧縮空気作動式の消費器のための圧力容器(11,12,13,14)よりも高い開放圧を有している、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の圧縮空気系。
- 圧縮空気吸込モジュール(9)に空気供給するための貯蔵容器(7)は、排水弁(8)を備えている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の圧縮空気系。
