Description
該第一のクランプ手段にクランプされた該縦窓枠部材の該接合端面を加熱溶融すると共に、該第二のクランプ手段にクランプされた該横窓枠部材の該接合端面を加熱溶融する加熱溶融工程と、
該第一のクランプ手段にクランプされた該縦窓枠部材の加熱溶融された該接合端面と該第二のクランプ手段にクランプされた該横窓枠部材の加熱溶融された該接合端面とを相互の押圧せしめて接合する接合工程と、
該第一のクランプ手段から該縦窓枠部材を開放すると共に、該第二のクランプ手段から該横窓枠部材を開放する開放工程と、
を含む接合方法において、
該開放工程においては、該第一のクランプ手段の該一対のクランプ部材の一方を他方から離隔せしめる片側クランプ開放段階と、該第二のクランプ手段の該一対のクランプ部材の、接合された該縦窓枠部材及び該横窓枠部材に対して該第一のクランプ部材の該一方と同じ側に位置する一方を他方から離隔せしめる他側クランプ開放段階とを、同時ではなくて該片側クランプ開放段階と該他側クランプ開放段階とのいずれか一方を遂行した後に他方を遂行する、
ことを特徴とする接合方法が提供される。

Claims (3)
- 相互に接近及び離隔する方向に相対的に移動せしめられる一対のクランプ部材を備えた第一のクランプ手段によって、長手方向に対して傾斜して延在する接合端面を有する合成樹脂製縦窓枠部材を、該縦窓枠部材の接合端部を該一対のクランプ部材を超えて突出せしめてクランプすると共に、相互に接近及び離隔する方向に相対的に移動せしめられる一対のクランプ部材を備えた第二のクランプ手段によって、長手方向に対して傾斜して延在する接合端面を有する合成樹脂製横窓枠部材を、該横窓枠部材の接合端部を該一対のクランプ部材を超えて突出せしめてクランプするクランプ工程と、
該第一のクランプ手段にクランプされた該縦窓枠部材の該接合端面を加熱溶融すると共に、該第二のクランプ手段にクランプされた該横窓枠部材の該接合端面を加熱溶融する加熱溶融工程と、
該第一のクランプ手段にクランプされた該縦窓枠部材の加熱溶融された該接合端面と該第二のクランプ手段にクランプされた該横窓枠部材の加熱溶融された該接合端面とを相互の押圧せしめて接合する接合工程と、
該第一のクランプ手段から該縦窓枠部材を開放すると共に、該第二のクランプ手段から該横窓枠部材を開放する開放工程と、
を含む接合方法において、
該開放工程においては、該第一のクランプ手段の該一対のクランプ部材の一方を他方から離隔せしめる片側クランプ開放段階と、該第二のクランプ手段の該一対のクランプ部材の、接合された該縦窓枠部材及び該横窓枠部材に対して該第一のクランプ部材の該一方と同じ側に位置する一方を他方から離隔せしめる他側クランプ開放段階とを、同時ではなくて該片側クランプ開放段階と該他側クランプ開放段階とのいずれか一方を遂行した後に他方を遂行する、
ことを特徴とする接合方法。 - 該第一のクランプ手段の該一対のクランプ部材の各々及び該第二のクランプ手段の該一対のクランプ部材の各々は、該縦窓枠部材の接合端面と該横窓枠部材の接合端面とから流出するバリの幅を制限するためのナイフ片を含んでいる、請求項1記載の接合方法。
- 該第一のクランプ手段における該一対のクランプ部材の該一方は該他方の上方に昇降動自在に配設されており、該開放工程においては該一方が上昇せしめられ、該第二のクランプ手段における該一対のクランプ部材の該一方も該他方の上方に昇降動自在に配設されており、該開放工程においては該一方が上昇せしめられる、請求項1又は2記載の接合方法。
