-至少一个框架推斥元件(13),用于将焊接的型材从主体(2)移除;以及
-至少一个定位轴承(14),其确保平顺的去毛刺过程。
在焊接机器中,移动元件(4)、夹持单元(5)、夹持移动元件(6)、加工组(7)、加热器元件(8)、挤压钳(9)、发动机(10)、清除单元(11)、放置机构(12)和推斥元件(13)位于主体(2)上,这形成了本发明。
滑动台(3)通过移动元件(4)移动,该移动元件是主体(2)上的活塞。在用夹持单元(5)固定放置在滑动台(3)上的型材之后,其用于帮助通过加工组(7)开焊接槽。在进行开焊接槽之后,滑动台(3)通过移动到与加热器元件(8)的接合操作需要的型材端部而移动到熔融位置。滑动台(3)在熔融位置中通过加热器元件(8)帮助进行熔融操作。
在本发明的焊接机器(1)中,滑动台(3)朝处于固定位置的型材的端部部分移动,并且借助于移动钳(9)在型材的端部处进行熔融。
滑动台(3)还可用于,在清除过程后,通过移动清除单元(11)来用剥离刀片帮助清除毛刺。
在本发明的优选实施例中,夹持单元(5)通过夹持移动元件(6)提供对待组装和待放置在滑动台(3)上的型材的固定,该夹持移动元件(6)是用于型材固定的活塞。因此,由于通过移动钳(9)导致的位置变化而允许型材接头保持恒定。
在本发明的优选实施例中,用于固定型材的夹持移动元件(6)是活塞。
在本发明的焊接机器(1)中,加工组(7)用于在型材的圆角部分和凹入部分中开焊接开口。通过这种手段,防止材料从接头溢出。
在本发明中,加热器元件(8)优选是加热板和/或电阻器,其在开焊接槽之后熔融接合在一起的型材的端部。在优选实施例中,加热器元件(8)用作扁平电阻器,其用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)薄膜包绕。加热器元件(8)通过滑动台(3)将型材带到熔融位置来熔融型材。在此过程之后,将型材挤压在一起进行焊接过程。
在本发明的优选实施例中,移动钳(9)借助于发动机(10)移动,并将固定型材带至合适的位置用于熔融。在熔融过程之后,移动钳(9)通过将型材挤压在一起来执行焊接过程。
在本发明的优选实施例中,推力板位于滑动台(3)上,并且在焊接之后,在型材的平坦表面上形成的毛刺从其侧表面被挤压,优选地被挤压薄至0.1mm。
在本发明的焊接机器(1)中,清除单元(11)包括用于从型材移除毛刺的剥离刀片。因此,在通过滑动台(3)带到清除位置的焊接型材上,毛刺用剥离刀片清除。在清除单元(11)中,剥离刀片优选地是伺服控制的。放置机构(12)用于此过程的正确操作。以这种方式,清除单元(11)通过使用剥离刀片和放置机构(12)移除在型材上熔融之后产生的毛刺。
当型材处于固定位置时,滑动台(3)缩回用于清除,位于清除单元(11)中的剥离器通过定位轴承(14)定位在平坦的表面上并清除熔融后的毛刺。在该过程之后,为活塞(13)的推斥元件将通过接合型材形成的框架推离主体(2)。
在本发明的优选实施例中,放置机构(12)与加工组和剥离刀片组合,该加工组是铣刨机,并且放置机构(12)可以通过弹簧机构补偿型材长度的误差。
在本发明的焊接机器(1)中,设置有定位轴承(14)和剥离刀片,以清除在型材的接头处形成的毛刺。
在根据本发明的焊接机器(1)中,当用加工组(7)对期望的型材开焊接槽时,防止移除远离边缘的熔融材料。在接合期间在平坦表面上产生的毛刺被推力板(9)从侧表面挤压至需要的细度。在挤压过程之后,在将放置机构(12)定位在型材的平坦表面上之后,滑动台(3)到达清除位置,并使用具有清除单元(11)的伺服控制剥离刀片提供对熔融后的毛刺的清除。
利用本发明的焊接机器(1),防止在PVC型材的表面上形成毛刺,从而节省了劳力和时间,并且还防止从型材的圆角部分和凹入部分的型材轮廓的刮擦。除此之外,由于采用了无毛刺的焊接过程,因此消除了额外的毛刺清除机的需要,并在操作区域上实现了空间节省。
在这些基本概念的框架下,可以进行与“具有清除单元(1)的焊接机器”有关的各种实践,本发明的主题可以不限于在此说明的示例,实际上本发明的主题如权利要求阐述的那样。
Claims (13)
1.焊接机器(1),用于无毛刺地将型材接合在一起,其特征在于,所述焊接机器包括:
-至少一个主体(2),PVC型材在其中加工用于焊接;
-主体(2)上的至少两个滑动台,其中放置待焊接的型材,这些滑动台通过移动元件(4)移动,从而允许通过可调机构调节毛刺宽度,并且其中清除位置和焊接位置能够通过受控的水平移动调节;
-至少一个夹持单元(5),其具有至少一个夹持元件(6),适于固定放置在滑动台(3)上的型材;
-至少一个加工组(7),其适于在固定型材上开焊接槽;
-至少一个加热器元件(8),其适于对型材进行熔融,以在开焊接槽后将通过能够移动的滑动台(3)的移动聚集在一起的型材接合;
-至少一个推力板,其适于通过从型材的侧表面压缩平坦结合表面调节毛刺厚度,所述毛刺会由于焊接槽而出现在型材的平坦结合表面上,但不会出现在型材的边缘上;
-至少两个移动钳(9),它们适于借助发动机(10)将固定型材移动到熔融位置,并将移动与型材彼此挤压相结合;
-至少一个清除单元(11),其适于通过夹持单元(5)上的定位刀片和通过弹簧机构补偿型材的倾斜的剥离刀片来清除在型材表面上形成的毛刺;
-至少一个放置机构(12),在清除单元(11)的毛刺清除过程中其定位于型材的平坦表面上,所述放置机构定位于夹持单元(5)上并且能够通过其具有的弹簧机构补偿型材长度上的偏差;
-至少一个框架推斥元件(13),适于将焊接的型材从主体(2)移除;以及
-至少一个定位轴承(14),适于确保平顺的去毛刺过程。
2.根据权利要求1所述的焊接机器(1),其特征在于,滑动台(3)适于在利用夹持单元(5)固定放置在其上的型材之后,用加工组(7)提供焊接槽的开口。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的焊接机器(1),其特征在于,滑动台(3)适于在进行开焊接槽之后,通过移动至与加热器元件(8)的接合操作需要的型材端部而移动至熔融位置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的焊接机器(1),其特征在于,所述滑动台(3)适于在熔融位置中通过加热器元件(8)帮助进行熔融操作。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的焊接机器(1),其特征在于,滑动台(3)适于,在清除过程之后,通过移动所述至少一个清除单元(11)来用剥离刀片帮助清除毛刺。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的焊接机器(1),其特征在于,所述夹持单元(5)适于通过夹持元件(6)的移动来提供对待组装和待放置在所述滑动台(3)上的型材的固定,所述夹持元件是用于固定型材的活塞。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的焊接机器(1),其特征在于,所述至少一个加工组(7)用于在所述型材的圆角部分和凹入部分中开焊接开口。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的焊接机器(1),其特征在于,所述加热器元件(8)是加热板和/或电阻器,其在开所述焊接槽之后将型材的端部熔融接合在一起。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的焊接机器(1),其特征在于,在焊接之后,在所述型材的平坦表面上形成的毛刺的侧表面的挤压薄至0.1mm。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的焊接机器(1),其特征在于,所述至少一个清除单元(11)包括用于移除所述型材上的毛刺的剥离刀片。
11.根据权利要求1或2所述的焊接机器(1),其特征在于,所述移动钳(9)借助于发动机(10)移动,并且适于将所述固定型材带到合适的位置用于熔融。
12.根据权利要求1或2所述的焊接机器(1),其特征在于,所述至少一个放置机构(12)与所述加工组和剥离刀片组合,所述加工组是铣刨机,所述放置机构(12)能够通过弹簧机构补偿型材长度上的误差。
13.根据权利要求1或2所述的焊接机器(1),其特征在于,所述至少一个定位轴承(14)通过防止所述剥离刀片在清除过程期间进入所述型材而确保平顺的去毛刺过程。
