Description
前記サブラジエーター部は、上下に配置される内燃機関用ラジエーター部と電装用ラジエーター部との間に並んで位置され、両側のラジエータータンク内のバッフルに形成されるバイパス孔を通して内燃機関用ラジエーター部及び電装用ラジエーター部と各々連通しながら、冷却水の流れを交換することができるようにし、
前記冷却水の流入と排出のために、タンク内部がバッフルで区画されているラジエータータンクの上部空間側には内燃機関用冷却水流入口と内燃機関用冷却水排出口が両側に各々設置され、下部空間側には電装用冷却水流入口と電装用冷却水排出口が両側に各々設置され、
前記各対のバッフルの片方にはバイパス孔が形成され、サブラジエーター部の一方は電装用ラジエーター部のタンク側と、もう一方は内燃機関用ラジエーター部のタンク側と各々通じており、
前記電装用冷却水流入口を通して流入する高温の冷却水は、電装用ラジエーター部を経由して電装用冷却水排出口に排出され、圧力差により一部がバイパス孔を通してサブラジエーター部に迂回して内燃機関用ラジエーター部の排出側ラジエータータンクに送られ、
迂回する高温の冷却水の量は、サブラジエーター部の幅と面積が小さく通路抵抗の増加により少量であることを特徴とする。

Claims (2)
- 内燃機関用ラジエーター部と電装用ラジエーター部が各々冷却水の独立流動が可能な構造を維持しながら一体型に組み立てられ、前記内燃機関用ラジエーター部及び電装用ラジエーター部の両側に連結設置される2個のラジエータータンクは、内部がバッフルで区画されると共に、各ラジエータータンクには、内燃機関用冷却水流入口及び電装用冷却水流入口と内燃機関用冷却水排出口及び電装用冷却水排出口が設置され、前記内燃機関用ラジエーター部と電装用ラジエーター部との間には各々のラジエーター部と連通する最小1つのサブラジエーター部が設置され、このサブラジエーター部が熱衝撃を防止し、熱抵抗機能を発揮することができるようにし、

迂回する高温の冷却水の量は、サブラジエーター部の幅と面積が小さく通路抵抗の増加により少量であることを特徴とする多区画一体型ハイブリッド熱交換器。 - 前記内燃機関用ラジエーター部及び電装用ラジエーター部とサブラジエーター部は、必要な熱容量によってコアの厚さを異にして設定することができるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多区画一体型ハイブリッド熱交換器。
