Claims (13)
- 自動車の冷却回路を通流する冷却材により冷却されるように構成された、エンジンと少なくとも一つの電気機械とを備え、前記エンジンと前記少なくとも一つの電気機械は前記冷却回路内で直列に接続されており、前記エンジンが作動中、前記冷却材の少なくとも一部が前記電気機械をバイパスするように構成されたバイパス部が設けられており、前記バイパス部はエンジンを通流する流体が前記冷却回路内の冷却材の圧力に応じて前記電気機械をバイパスするように作動可能であるハイブリッド電気自動車。
- 前記自動車は、エンジンが自動車を駆動するトルクを生じる第1運転モードと、エンジンが停止し且つ少なくとも一つの電気機械が自動車を駆動するトルクを生じる第2運転モードで運転でき、そして、前記バイパス部は自動車が第1運転モードにあるときエンジンを通流する冷却材の少なくとも一部が電気機械をバイパスするように構成されている、請求項1に記載の自動車。
- 前記自動車は、第1運転モードにある時に、エンジンと少なくとも一つの電気機械が作動するように運転できる請求項2に記載の自動車。
- 冷却材をエンジンに通流させるための第1流体ポンプと、冷却材を少なくとも一つの電気機械に通流させるための第2流体ポンプが設けられ、そしてこの第2流体ポンプは前記少なくとも一つの電気機械に直列に且つバイパス部に対して並列に設けられる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の自動車。
- 冷却回路中に圧力逃し弁(PRV)が設けられており、バイパス部を経て電気機械をバイパスする冷却材がPRVを通流することを要する請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の自動車。
- 前記PRVは、前記エンジンからの冷却材の流れが、前記PRVの冷却材入口と冷却材出口の間の圧力差に依存して、前記バイパス部を介して前記電気機械をバイパスするように構成されている、請求項5に記載の自動車。
- 前記PRVの冷却材出口は前記電気機械の冷却材出口に流体連通するように設けられている請求項6に記載の自動車。
- 前記電気機械は圧力逃し弁(PRV)により冷却材回路に接続されており、このPRVは、
エンジンの冷却材出口から冷却材を受け取るように構成された第1流体入口と、
少なくとも一つの電気機械の流体出口から冷却材を受け取るように構成された第2流体入口と、
エンジンの冷却材入口に流体連通した冷却材出口とを有し、
そしてこのPRVは、その第1流体入口及び第2流体入口の間の圧力差に応じて、エンジンの冷却材出口からの冷却材の流れが前記電気機械をバイパスするように作動可能である、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の自動車。 - 前記PRVの冷却材出口は前記第1流体ポンプを介して前記エンジンの冷却材入口に流体連通している請求項4に従属する請求項8に記載の自動車。
- 前記PRVは、前記バイパス部を通る流体の流量が、前記第1流体入口と前記第2流体入口の間の圧力差に応答するように作動しうる請求項8又は9に記載の自動車。
- 第2流体ポンプは、それが作動しているときにPRVの第2流体入口を通る冷却材の流量が増大するように構成されている、請求項4に従属する請求項8〜10のいずれか一項に記載の自動車。
- 第2流体ポンプが作動しているときであってエンジンが停止しているときに、PRVの第1流体入口を通る冷却材の流れが実質的に阻止されるように、第2流体ポンプがPRVの第1流体入口と第2流体入口の間に設けられている、請求項11に記載の自動車。
- ハイブリッド電気自動車の駆動手段を冷却する方法であって、前記駆動手段は自動車の冷却回路を通流する冷却材により冷却されるように構成された、エンジンと少なくとも一つの電気機械を備え、エンジンと少なくとも一つの電気機械は該回路内で直列に接続されており、エンジンが作動中、該冷却材の少なくとも一部が電気機械をバイパスする工程を含み、エンジンを通流する流体は前記冷却回路内の冷却材の圧力に応じて前記電気機械をバイパスする方法。
