Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、内燃機関用ラジエーター部と電装用ラジエーター部が各々冷却水の独立流動が可能な構造を維持しながら一体型に組み立てられ、前記内燃機関用ラジエーター部及び電装用ラジエーター部の両側に連結設置される2個のラジエータータンクは、内部がバッフルで区画されると共に、各ラジエータータンクには、内燃機関用冷却水流入口及び電装用冷却水流入口と内燃機関用冷却水排出口及び電装用冷却水排出口が設置され、前記内燃機関用ラジエーター部と電装用ラジエーター部との間には各々のラジエーター部と連通する最小1つのサブラジエーター部が設置され、このサブラジエーター部が熱衝撃を防止し、熱抵抗機能を発揮することができるようにした多区画一体型ハイブリッド熱交換器であることを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 内燃機関用ラジエーター部と電装用ラジエーター部が各々冷却水の独立流動が可能な構造を維持しながら一体型に組み立てられ、前記内燃機関用ラジエーター部及び電装用ラジエーター部の両側に連結設置される2個のラジエータータンクは、内部がバッフルで区画されると共に、各ラジエータータンクには、内燃機関用冷却水流入口及び電装用冷却水流入口と内燃機関用冷却水排出口及び電装用冷却水排出口が設置され、前記内燃機関用ラジエーター部と電装用ラジエーター部との間には各々のラジエーター部と連通する最小1つのサブラジエーター部が設置され、このサブラジエーター部が熱衝撃を防止し、熱抵抗機能を発揮することができるようにしたことを特徴とする多区画一体型ハイブリッド熱交換器。
- 前記サブラジエーター部は、上下に配置される内燃機関用ラジエーター部と電装用ラジエーター部との間に並んで位置され、両側のラジエータータンク内のバッフルに形成されるバイパス孔を通して内燃機関用ラジエーター部及び電装用ラジエーター部と各々連通しながら、冷却水の流れを交換することができるようにしたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多区画一体型ハイブリッド熱交換器。
- 前記内燃機関用ラジエーター部及び電装用ラジエーター部とサブラジエーター部は、必要な熱容量によってコアの厚さを異にして設定することができるようにしたことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の多区画一体型ハイブリッド熱交換器。
