Claims (3)
- 光源であるLEDが実装されたプリント基板と、該プリント基板の正面に装着されるとともに前記LEDに電極を供給する給電コネクタとが備えられた車両用灯具のLED光源ユニットにおいて、
前記給電コネクタには、前記プリント基板に形成されたLED給電用接点に押圧当接される弾性変形可能な端子部材と、該端子部材の基端部を支持するハウジングとが備えられ、
前記ハウジングには、先端に係合片を有する脚部と、前記端子部材が弾性変形した際に該端子部材の先端部を支持する支持片とが備えられ、
前記プリント基板には、該プリント基板の背面に板状体が固着され、
前記プリント基板と前記板状体とには、前記脚部が挿入される円弧状溝が重畳して備えられるとともに、前記板状体の前記円弧状溝の端部には、前記脚部の係合片が係合される被係合部が備えられ、
前記脚部の前記係合片を前記被係合部に係合させることにより、前記端子部材が前記LED給電用接点に弾性変形して押圧当接されるとともに該端子部材の先端部が前記支持片に支持される車両用灯具のLED光源ユニットであって、
前記プリント基板の背面に固着される遮熱板と、前記LEDが実装される位置のプリント基板の背面に一部が接触した状態で前記遮熱板の背面に固着されるヒートシンクと、前記LEDの前方に配置され、前記遮熱板を介して前記ヒートシンクに固定される光学レンズとを備え、
前記板状体は、前記遮熱板であることを特徴とする車両用灯具のLED光源ユニット。 - 前記端子部材の基端部に給電用のコードが直接接続されることを特徴とする請求項1の車両用灯具のLED光源ユニット。
- 光源であるLEDが実装されたプリント基板と、該プリント基板の正面に装着されるとともに前記LEDに電極を供給する給電コネクタとが備えられた車両用灯具のLED光源ユニットにおいて、
前記給電コネクタには、前記プリント基板に形成されたLED給電用接点に押圧当接される弾性変形可能な端子部材と、該端子部材の基端部を支持するハウジングとが備えられ、
前記ハウジングには、先端に係合片を有する脚部と、前記端子部材が弾性変形した際に該端子部材の先端部を支持する支持片とが備えられ、
前記プリント基板には、該プリント基板の背面に板状体が固着され、
前記プリント基板と前記板状体とには、前記脚部が挿入される円弧状溝が重畳して備えられるとともに、前記板状体の前記円弧状溝の端部には、前記脚部の係合片が係合される被係合部が備えられ、
前記脚部の前記係合片を前記被係合部に係合させることにより、前記端子部材が前記LED給電用接点に弾性変形して押圧当接されるとともに該端子部材の先端部が前記支持片に支持される車両用灯具のLED光源ユニットであって、
前記板状体の前記円弧状溝に前記脚部を挿入した後、前記係合片を前記円弧状溝の前記被係合部まで回転させる間に、前記係合片に当接して前記板状体の背面側に徐々に変位させるガイド部が形成されていることを特徴とする車両用灯具のLED光源ユニット。
