Claims (14)
- 기판 및 상기 기판 상에 탑재된 발광 소자를 포함하는 발광 모듈;상기 발광 모듈이 수납되는 케이스 몸체;상기 기판 보다 크게 형성된 갭 부재;상기 발광 모듈 상에 배치된 렌즈;상기 렌즈의 둘레에 배치된 제1링; 및상기 케이스 몸체와 결합되고 개구부를 가지는 케이스 커버를 포함하고,상기 케이스 몸체는 내부에 상기 갭 부재가 안착되는 결합 홈을 포함하고, 상기 갭 부재의 측면은 상기 케이스 몸체에 의해 지지되는 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발광 모듈의 기판 아래에 배치된 방열판을 포함하는 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 갭 부재는 상기 발광 모듈과 상기 렌즈 사이에 배치되어, 상기 발광 모듈과 상기 렌즈 사이를 이격시키는 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 케이스몸체의 밑면에 형성된 관통홀; 및상기 기판에 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 관통홀을 통해 외부에 노출되는 리드 전극을 포함하는 조명 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 케이스몸체의 밑면에 돌출되도록 형성된 상기 관통홀의 둘레면의 외측 둘레에 제2링을 포함하는 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 케이스몸체의 둘레면은 내벽과 외벽을 가지며, 상기 내벽과 외벽 사이에 형성된 적어도 하나의 제1홀;상기 케이스커버의 둘레에 형성되어 상기 제1홀에 삽입되며, 나사홈을 포함하는 돌기부; 및상기 제1홀을 통해 상기 나사홈으로 삽입되어 체결되는 결합나사를 포함하는 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 케이스몸체의 둘레면은 내벽과 외벽을 가지며, 상기 내벽과 외벽 사이에 형성된 적어도 하나의 제1홈;상기 케이스커버의 둘레에 형성되어 상기 제1홈에 삽입되며, 나사홀을 포함하는 돌기부; 및상기 나사홀을 통해 상기 제1홈으로 삽입되어 체결되는 결합나사를 포함하는 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 케이스몸체의 둘레에는 외부 지지부재에 나사 체결되는 적어도 하나의 제2홀을 포함하는 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 케이스몸체의 둘레면에 외부 지지 부재에 체결되는 나사선을 포함하는 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 케이스몸체 및 상기 케이스커버의 둘레에는 상기 발광 모듈로부터 발생된 열을 방출하는 적어도 하나의 방열홀이 형성된 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1링은 상기 렌즈의 엣지의 상면과 둘레면을 감싸도록 형성되어,상기 렌즈의 엣지와 상기 케이스커버의 내측면 사이에 배치되는 조명 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제1링 또는 제2링은 방수용 고무 또는 실리콘 재질로 형성된 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 케이스커버의 내측면은 경사를 가지도록 형성된 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 케이스몸체 및 케이스커버는 둘레면의 형태가 원형, 사각형, 다각형, 타원형 중 어느 하나인 조명 장치.
