Claims (3)
- 船舶用などのエンジン内にシリンダ潤滑油を補給する油圧式潤滑装置(252)であって、
1つまたは複数のバルブ(220)を介して油圧オイルおよびシリンダ潤滑油の供給源(262)に接続されているハウジングと、
それぞれ油圧ピストン(163,164,171)を有し、油圧オイルによって加圧することができるいくつかの油圧シリンダと、
前記エンジン内のシリンダ数の倍数に対応し、補給ピストン(21)で各補給シリンダ(20)に接続されているいくつかの噴射ユニット(251)と、
分配プレート(7)であって、その一方側が前記補給ピストン(21)と接触しており、その他方側が各油圧ピストン(163,164,171)と接触して、前記補給ピストン(21)を作動させるように変位する、分配プレート(7)とを備えた装置において、
各油圧ピストン(163,164,171)は前記補給ピストン(21)を作動させるために、前記分配プレート(7)を独立して変位させるようになっており、各油圧ピストン(163,164,171)はそれぞれ個別のストロークを有し、
前記油圧ピストン(163,164,171)のうちのいくつかの油圧ピストン(163,164)は延長部(175,177)を備え、各延長部(175,177)の周縁部は、前記分配プレート(7)の前記他方側と接触し、各延長部(175,177)は、前記分配プレート(7)内に形成された複数の孔のうちの対応する孔を通過して、前記ハウジング内および前記分配プレート(7)の上に設けられた表面(170)と接触し、
各油圧ピストン(163,164,171)は、それぞれ1または複数の同様の油圧ピストンとともにグループとして動作する、
ことを特徴とする潤滑装置。 - 前記油圧ピストン(163,164,171)は、互いの内部に配置されたいくつかのピストンと入れ子式で設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の潤滑装置。
- 例えば船舶用エンジン内にシリンダ潤滑油を補給する方法であって、
それぞれ油圧ピストン(163,164,171)を有し、前記油圧オイルによって加圧された、いくつかの油圧シリンダを介した油圧オイルの供給ステップと、
前記エンジン内のシリンダ数の倍数に対応するいくつかの噴射ユニット(151)を介してシリンダ潤滑油を供給および噴射するステップであって、前記噴射ユニットは補給ピストン(21)で各補給シリンダ(20)に接続されているステップと、
前記補給ピストン(21)を作動させるように分配プレート(7)を変位させるステップであって、前記分配プレート(7)の一方側は、前記補給ピストン(21)と接触し、その他方側は、前記油圧ピストン(163,164,171)と接触する、ステップと、
を含む方法にあって、
各油圧ピストン(163,164,171)は前記補給ピストン(21)を作動させるために、前記分配プレート(7)を独立して変位させ、各油圧ピストン(163,164,171)はそれぞれ個別のストロークを有し、
前記油圧ピストン(163,164,171)のうちいくつかの油圧ピストン(163,164)は延長部(175,177)を備え、各延長部(175,177)の周縁部は、前記分配プレート(7)の前記他方側と接触し、各延長部(175,177)は、前記分配プレート(7)内に形成された複数の孔のうちの対応する孔を通過して、前記ハウジング内および前記分配プレート(7)の上に設けられた表面(170)と接触し、
各油圧ピストン(163,164,171)は、それぞれ1または複数の同様の油圧ピストンとともにグループとして動作する、
ことを特徴とする方法。
