・ポリウレタン発泡体の粉砕物のサイズ;10〜50mm
・バインダー;トルエンジイソシアネート(TDI−80)とポリエーテルポリオール(品名;PPG#3000、三井武田ケミカル株式会社製)を30:70として反応させたウレタンプレポリマー、NCO%=10%
・ポリウレタン発泡体;密度28kg/m3、セル数35個/25mm(品名;ESD、株式会社イノアックコーポレーション製)
・ポリウレタン発泡体のポリオール;ポリエステルポリエーテルポリオール(品名;L−50、三井武田ケミカル株式会社製、ポリウレタン原料100重量部中に13重量部)
・ポリウレタン発泡体の撥水剤;ダイマー酸ジステアリル(添加量;ポリウレタン原料100重量部中に5重量部)
・ポリウレタン発泡体の粉砕物のサイズ;10〜50mm
・バインダー;トルエンジイソシアネート(TDI−80)とポリエーテルポリオール(品名;PPG#3000、三井武田ケミカル株式会社製)を30:70として反応させたウレタンプレポリマー、NCO%=10%

Claims (5)
- ポリウレタン発泡体の粉砕物をバインダーで結合した成形品の少なくとも一表面に、加熱溶融被膜が形成されているシール材であって、
前記ポリウレタン発泡体の原料を構成するポリオールがポリエステルポリオールまたはポリエステルポリエーテルポリオールからなり、
前記バインダーは、分子末端にイソシアネート基を有するウレタンプレポリマーからなり、
前記加熱溶融皮膜は、前記成形品の表面で前記ポリウレタン発泡体の粉砕物が溶融して硬化することにより、前記成形品の表面における粉砕物間を塞いで形成されたものであり、
当該シール材の通気性(JIS K 6400−7)が5L/min以下であることを特徴とするシール材。 - 前記ポリウレタン発泡体が撥水剤を含有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシール材。
- 前記加熱溶融被膜の厚みが0.1mm〜5mmからなることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のシール材。
- ポリウレタン発泡体の原料を構成するポリオールがポリエステルポリオールまたはポリエステルポリエーテルポリオールからなるポリウレタン発泡体の粉砕物と、分子末端にイソシアネート基を有するウレタンプレポリマーからなるバインダーを混合してプレスすると共に前記バインダーを硬化させることにより、前記ポリウレタン発泡体の粉砕物同士を結合させて成形品を形成し、
前記成形品の少なくとも一表面に熱ロール又は熱板を当接させ、前記成形品の表面で前記ポリウレタン発泡体の粉砕物を、圧縮した状態で溶融硬化させることにより、前記成形品の表面における粉砕物間を塞ぐ加熱溶融皮膜を形成し、
通気性(JIS K 6400−7)が5L/min以下であるシール材を形成することを特徴とするシール材の製造方法。 - 前記熱ロール又は熱板の温度が250〜400℃であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシール材の製造方法。
