Description
本発明の一実施形態に係る空気調和装置の室外ユニットを、図1に示す。図1は、空気調和装置の室外ユニット20を示す斜視図である。室外ユニット20は、空気調和を行う空調対象空間(室内)の外部に設置されており、略直方体箱状のケーシング50の内部が、鉛直に延びる仕切り板(図示せず)によって送風機室と機械室とに分割されている。この室外ユニット20は、空調対象空間に配置される室内ユニット(図示せず)に冷媒連絡配管(図示せず)を介して接続されている。
図6〜8に、スペーサ100の正面図、平面図ならびに断面図を示す。スペーサ100には、熱交換器25下端と対向する面に、熱交換器25の結露水を底フレーム8へ導く傾斜面100aと、熱交換器25と接触して熱交換器25を水平に載置する水平面100bとが設けられている。傾斜面100aの傾斜は、水平方向から下方に10°である。

本実施形態に係る空気調和装置1の室外ユニット20は、アルミニウム製又はアルミニウム合金製の熱交換器25と、熱交換器25を載置する底フレーム8と、熱交換器25と底フレーム8との間に配置されるスペーサ100とを備えている。スペーサ100は、傾斜面100aと、水平面100bとを有している。傾斜面100aは、熱交換器25の結露水を底フレーム8へ導く。水平面100bは、熱交換器25と接触して熱交換器25を水平に載置する。
本実施形態に係る空気調和装置1の室外ユニット20では、フィン4が導水部4aを有し、導水部4aの延長部分に上記傾斜面100aが設けられている。
本実施形態に係る空気調和装置1の室外ユニット20では、スペーサ100の下部に、排水開口101が設けられている。
本実施形態に係る空気調和装置1の室外ユニット20では、スペーサは、熱交換器の曲げ部の下端に配置されている。
本実施形態に係る空気調和装置1の室外ユニット20では、スペーサには、水平面から斜め上方に延びる延伸部が設けられている。
以下に本実施形態の変形例を示す。なお、複数の変形例を適宜組み合わせてもよい。
上記の実施形態に示された室外ユニット20は、空気調和装置1に使用されるものであるが、それに限定されるものではなく、その他の冷凍装置に使用されるものであってもよい。

Claims (4)
- アルミニウム製又はアルミニウム合金製の熱交換器(25)であって、複数の扁平管(2)と、前記各扁平管が接続されたヘッダ集合管(6)と、前記扁平管に接合された複数のフィン(4)とを有し、前記扁平管の内部を流れる流体が前記扁平管の外部を流れる空気と熱交換する熱交換器(25)と、
前記熱交換器を載置する底フレーム(8)と、
前記熱交換器と前記底フレームとの間に配置されるスペーサ(100)と
を備え、
前記スペーサが、前記熱交換器の結露水を前記底フレームへ導く傾斜面(100a)と、前記熱交換器と接触して前記熱交換器を水平に載置する水平面(100b)とを有しており、
前記フィンは導水部(4a)を有し、前記導水部が前記扁平管の外部を流れる空気の風下側に設けられ、前記導水部の延長部分に前記傾斜面が設けられ、それにより、前記傾斜面が、前記水平面に対し、前記扁平管の外部を流れる空気の風下側に設けられ、傾斜の向きが前記扁平管の外部を流れる空気の風上から風下に向かって低くなるように傾斜している、
