Claims (5)
- 圧延金属箔からなる集電体と、
前記集電体上に形成された活物質層と、
前記集電体に接合されるタブと、を備え、
前記タブの取り出し方向が、前記集電体の圧延方向と垂直な方向であることを特徴とする積層型電池用の薄膜電極。 - 請求項1に記載の薄膜電極において、
前記集電体には、1または2以上のスリットが形成されており、
前記スリットのスリット方向が、前記タブの取り出し方向と平行な方向であることを特徴とする薄膜電極。 - 請求項1または2に記載の薄膜電極において、
前記集電体は、前記集電体の圧延方向と平行な短辺を有し、
前記タブは、前記集電体の短辺側の端部付近において、前記集電体に接合されていることを特徴とする薄膜電極。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の薄膜電極において、
前記集電体の前記タブが接合される部分における幅が、前記集電体の前記活物質層が形成されている部分の幅よりも狭くなっていることを特徴とする薄膜電極。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の薄膜電極を、セパレータを介して積層してなる積層型電池。
