3. 前記帯電防止成分が、炭素または金属を含む、上記1に記載の糸。
4. 前記メタ系アラミド繊維の結晶化度が20〜50%の範囲にある、上記1に記載の糸。
5. (a)結晶化度が少なくとも20%であるメタ系アラミド繊維を50〜80重量%、(b)モダクリル繊維を10〜30重量%、
(c)パラ系アラミド繊維を5〜20重量%、および
(d)帯電防止繊維を1〜3重量%
から基本的になり、前記百分率が成分(a)、(b)、(c)、および(d)を基準とする糸を含む、アークおよび火炎防護に使用するのに適した布帛であって、前記布帛の目付が186.5〜237グラム毎平方メートル(5.5〜7オンス毎平方ヤード)の範囲にある、布帛。
6. 前記糸が、
(a)メタ系アラミド繊維を65〜75重量%、
(b)モダクリル繊維を15〜25重量%、
(c)パラ系アラミド繊維を5〜15重量%、および
(d)帯電防止繊維を2〜3重量%
から基本的になる、上記5に記載の布帛。
7. ASTM D−6413−99に準拠する炭化長が6インチ未満である、上記5に記載の布帛。
8. ASTM F−1959−99に準拠する耐アーク性が少なくとも1.1カロリー毎平方センチメートル毎オンス毎平方ヤード布帛である、上記5に記載の布帛。
9. 前記耐アーク性が、少なくとも1.3カロリー毎平方センチメートル毎オンス毎平方ヤード布帛である、上記8に記載の布帛。
10. 前記メタ系アラミド繊維の結晶化度が、20〜50%の範囲にある、上記5に記載の布帛。
11. 10回の洗濯サイクル後の収縮率が5%以下である、上記5に記載の布帛。
12. (a)結晶化度が少なくとも20%であるメタ系アラミド繊維を50〜80重量%、
(b)モダクリル繊維を10〜30重量%、
(c)パラ系アラミド繊維を5〜20重量%、および
(d)帯電防止繊維を1〜3重量%、
から基本的になり、前記百分率が成分(a)、(b)、(c)、および(d)を基準とする布帛を含む、アークおよび火炎防護に使用するのに適した衣服であって、
前記布帛の目付が186.5〜237グラム毎平方メートル(5.5〜7オンス毎平方ヤード)の範囲にある、衣服。
13. 前記布帛が、
(a)メタ系アラミド繊維を65〜75重量%、
(b)モダクリル繊維を15〜25重量%、
(c)パラ系アラミド繊維を5〜15重量%、および
(d)帯電防止繊維を2〜3重量%
から基本的になる、上記12に記載の衣服。
14. ASTM F1930に準拠する4秒間の火炎暴露による体の火傷が65%未満に相当する熱防護を提供すると同時に、ASTM F1959およびNFPA 70Eに準拠するカテゴリー2のアーク等級を維持する、上記12に記載の衣服。
15. 前記布帛の10回の洗濯サイクル後の収縮率が5%以下である、上記12に記載の衣服。
Claims (1)
- アークおよび火炎防護に使用するための糸であって、
(a)結晶化度が少なくとも20%であるメタ系アラミド繊維を50〜80重量%、
(b)アクリロニトリルとハロゲン含有ビニルモノマーを含むコポリマー及びアンチモン誘導体を含有するモダクリル繊維を10〜30重量%、
(c)パラ系アラミド繊維を5〜20重量%、および
(d)帯電防止繊維を1〜3重量%
から基本的になり、前記百分率が、成分(a)、(b)、(c)、および(d)を基準とする、糸。
