Claims (10)
- 弾性ブッシング(10)であって、互いに対して同軸状に配置されるとともにエラストマー層(13)を介して互いに接続される内側コア部(11)と外側スリーブ部(12)と有し、内側コア部(11)の径方向の移動を制限する制限要素(18,19)が内側コア部(11)と外側スリーブ部(12)との間に配置されており、外側スリーブ部(12)は内側に曲折された端部領域(26)を有する、弾性ブッシングにおいて、
内側コア部(11)は、内部に軸方向で形成される少なくとも一つの凹部(16)を有し、少なくとも一つの制限要素(18,19)は凹部(16)内に確実に固定するよう挿入されており、
制限要素(18,19)は、端部領域(26)から軸方向に離間して配置されており、端部領域(26)は内側コア部(11)の軸方向移動を制限し、
端部領域(26)は、制限要素(18,19)の軸方向におけるストッパとして機能する弾性ブッシング。 - 請求項1に記載の弾性ブッシング(10)において、一つの制限要素(18,19)が内側コア部(11)の対向する端部のそれぞれに配置されている弾性ブッシング。
- 請求項1または2に記載の弾性ブッシング(10)において、内側コア部(11)は一方の端部側から他方の端部側まで軸方向に連続的に延設される四つの凹部(16)を有し、該凹部(16)は互いに対して略90°の角度で配置されている弾性ブッシング。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の弾性ブッシング(10)において、制限要素(18,19)は、内側コア部(11)の凹部(16)内に確実に固定するよう挿入される四つのウェブ(22)を有する弾性ブッシング。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の弾性ブッシング(10)において、内側コア部(11)には肩部(17)が配置されており、該肩部(17)は制限要素(18,19)の対応する環状肩部(21)が係合する弾性ブッシング。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の弾性ブッシング(10)において、自由空間(27,28)が、制限要素(18,19)とエラストマー層(13)との間で軸方向および/または径方向に形成されている弾性ブッシング。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の弾性ブッシング(10)において、内側コア部(11)には、平坦なロッド(29)を内部に圧入可能な開口部(14)が形成される弾性ブッシング。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の弾性ブッシング(10)において、
内側コア部(11)は、一定の長さに押し出し成形された形材から形成される弾性ブッシング。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の弾性ブッシング(10)において、制限要素(18,19)はプラスチックから形成される弾性ブッシング。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の弾性ブッシング(10)を製造する方法であって、
a.内側コア部(11)および外側スリーブ部(12)を押し出すステップと、
b.内側コア部(11)と外側スリーブ部(12)との間にエラストマー層(13)を挿入し、エラストマー層(13)を加硫処理するステップと、
c. 2つの制限要素(18,19)を内側コア部(11)のそれぞれの端部側に取り付けるステップであって、制限要素(18,19)のウェブ(22)が内側のコア部(11)の凹部(16)内に挿入されるステップと、
d.対向する端部において外側スリーブ部(12)を曲折するステップと、
を備える方法。
